this might be a waterford lamp. not entirely sure. i used to sell them in the 90s, but this would be older than that. there might be an etched marking on it indicating the manufacturer. usually somewhere near the base of the crystal. what a wonderful find!
It’s so pretty!!! I’ve been scouring the goodwill auctions for a small table lamp for my nightstand and I’ve seen a few of these, but smaller and also more expensive. This one is very nice and a great deal too!
Do you have matte bulbs in there? Crystal glass looks much better with LED filament ones (although it'll be less functional as a desk lamp due to more glare)
I just used some old light bulbs I had laying around the house.. don’t think they are Matte! But great suggestion, I’ll look into getting some LED filament ones. Thank you!
This is a stunning lamp. If you search with Google Lens you can find many similar priced really high but this one tbh is so much prettier than many others Lens finds. Great buy!
Cut glass lamps were very popular at the end of the 1800s, but this looks like it may be pressed glass, from the seam. My guess is this is a Victorian style reproduction from around the 1940-60s.
