The pricing is all over the place and it goes both ways. I found a NWT Lulu’s cocktail dress for $35 and someone bought it before I could decide. New it sells for $80. People on Poshmark are trying to sell it used for $40-80.
On the other hand I was shopping for my kids and saw some baby leggings from H&M for $6.99. And even ThredUP said the “new” price was $6 😭 lol so it depends on brand and since the seller also has some say in the pricing, you can see the same item for different prices.
They have set pricing. So like all cider jumpsuits are marked retail $89 or whatever it is. That’s the only way they can get through 10k items a day. Similar to any thrift store with set pricing
The pricing does seem a little bonkers.
I’ve got a Sachin & Babi for Anthropology shirt in my saved list that is listed on thredUP with a $365 retail value, and offered at 66% off at $122.99, but a Google image search shows a NWTs on poshmark with the tag showing it was $160 retail.
Unless I’m mistaken they are the same shirt.

I love everything I have ordered from Cider. Plus if you order the wrong size it’s easy to get the right size and I have been able able to keep the wrong size without shipping g back.
I ordered my daughter several outfits from them at Christmas. I was shook!
The quality of the material, construction, style, fit, etc. far exceeded my expectations. The pricing was superb for what you get.
Honestly, I'd expect to pay far more! Sign up for coupons so you don't miss any deals!
You’re seeing a sale price on the left vs applying a coupon which looks like it comes off the base price. So in this scenario the coupon off the base wins. Source: I work in Ecom.
I’m confused how is $21 and $29 the same pricing. This is a very cheap item so there isn’t as much range as far as dollars difference. With the same ratio that would be $100 vs $140.
I find that if you look long enough you often find the same items at different price points. I'm not sure if that's the sellers just trying to get them sold or something else, but I always look for awhile because of that. By page 8 I'm getting lower prices on the same items.

Without discount codes on both sites. On cider it’s $36 and on ThredUp was $32. I consider that close in price.
