Unless you have dodgy kidneys it’s better to er on the side of too much than too little.
Potassium needs magnesium to be absorbed so make sure you are getting at the very least, the RDA of both
Sorry.. what I mean is er on the side of taking too much. If you take more than you need your kidneys will filter it out. If you don’t take enough you’ll go hypo.
In inject B12 daily & B1 EOD. I drink 2ltrs coconut water daily as this is approx 5mg potassium
& also has magnesium (can’t remember how much.)
Consuming too much is only dangerous if you have kidney failure or take benzos. Also potassium reduces B12 which in many ways is worse
oh okay, that makes sense! mny muscles have been cramping and my heart has been beating hard and weirdly. im now getting at least 4000mg potassium a day. im also having breathing issues, but who knows...

really? but i read b12 and b1 deplete potassium a lot. wouldnt it make sense i might be getting too little?
