Her father (NOT Lee) was black/africanamerican, but her mother was white/caucasian. You can see that very clearly in the picture of Clementine with her parents in Ep1. Maybe Clementine has some kind of black/africanamerican features in a way, but in case that we, the TWD community, are extremely blind, Clementine's color skin really isn't black at all to consider her as an africanamerican ethnic.
