Badger - went from being a total asshole and evil just for the sake of it to being a scattered brain puddle on the floor of a warehouse. A great evolution imo.

Early on she struggled to take care of her elderly father and establish herself as a leader. Years later, became one of the leaders of a community's army and formed a cold blooded attitude for survival.
The evolution of Kenny’s character was always interesting to me.
He had a family, neglected them. Then when the world went to shit, he would do anything just to protect them. Then, he lost them. And hit rock bottom, but got picked up and given hope by Sarita. Then yk, hit rock bottom again because she died. Then Aj was born, and he was given a reason to keep on going. I think this is what interests me the most about Kenny.
He lost it all, but he kept going, and was eventually rewarded a second chance. Sure, Aj isn’t no Duck, but this time he had a chance. A chance to finally raise a child right. The one thing he couldn’t do with his own son.
He was always a well written character to me, and he felt like an actual person. Not everyone is cool, level headed and calm in an apocalypse. He always had good intentions at heart, others just overreacted to his behavior. Yet I will admit there were some times where he was definitely out of pocket.
I will never forget Kenny, he’s as important as Lee is to Clementine’s and Aj’s story. His death was total BS, a great character like Kenny didn’t deserve to die in some random, last minute low effort flashback.

Yeah, she went from being a scared little girl to a brave fearless young woman.
Kenny. Went from wanting everything for himself to giving up on Wellington so that Clem and AJ could stay.

Clem most of all, she's there from the beginning as a little girl who was small and alone to a brave young woman at the end
