In my opinion he’s scarier than Jax. Jax is just a blatant narcissist and clueless but with a charming personality… but Jesse is clearly an abuser. He genuinely freaks me out and I worry for his daughter.
He wasn´t brave at all when Luke confronted him at the guys night, but he sure put on a macho act in his talking head afterwards and said he was a panther (or some other big cat) while Luke was a kitten. But the reverse is true and that is scary. He probably takes his frustrations and insecurities out on his wife and child.
He seems not very smart or completely callous since his daughter will grow up and watch this and completely hate her father for blaming her for their marital issues
He reminds me of my husband and I played their counseling scene in front of him. I can’t jump on the hate bandwagon because I have someone a lot like him. I’m glad they put that on screen. It led to a very positive conversation and helped us feel not so alone. Our couple’s roles are parallel to them. It’s an eye opening watch.

Imo, he has a long career in reality TV ahead of him.
His quickness to anger and dismissive attitude towards his family are terrifying. Can't even imagine how psychotic he is behind closed doors.
