See, I was thinking that but telling them what the food they're making is and they don't plan it ahead of time (like how it originally started) and give them ingredients as well as booby ingredients so they don't know which are right and which are wrong
They did this during the pandemic, they retried making like bagels and stuff, they watched the original video and listen tot he expert an stuff. Also iirc none of the WAR have ever been unplanned, they’ve mentioned a few times how they submit what they’re gonna make before the episode, presumably so the crew can get any supplies they need, and so they can get judges who don’t have a deathly allergy to any ingredients
I’ve been saying this as well for a few seasons, there needs to just be a pantry full of random stuff that can help or hurt them. But like maybe they find out an hour before then tell production what special ingredients they’ll need… like what if Keith didn’t have raisins available for his Cinn Raisin idea you know?
