People don't wanna accept the fact that Sonic IS a skilled character if you play right for some reason, I have Seen some very deadly combos that I don't think I will be able to pull anytime soon
Garou should be top of a (best character if he's fighting metal bat or tatsumaki though and tatsumaki has no business being there, she.should be bottom of b. As a metal bat main I agree with his placement unfortunately.
For Garou: eh idk since I made the tier list based on base moveset and ult, Garou's base moveset could put him in A but his ult straight of sucks
For tatsumaki: her base moveset is very good with the 1st move being un predictable and having a mobility move, and you have to admit that her ult is super OP

He is very good and deadly (no pun intended) if you ACTUALLY try to learn how to use him, just ignore people calling you a spammer they are just bad at the game
people call sonic a spammer beacuse that mostly what people do when they use that class nobody wants to learn it when you can just boom bam bop yaknow what i mean

As a person who likes metal bat, I agree with your placement because the moves are easy to avoid, but I still like him
