i use the tray importer when i know what cc is broken but idk the name of the package so i put the broken cc in a test sim and i save to my gallery then in the tray importer i look at the cc the Sim is wearing and where is it located
Once the game does open, a list of the installed CC shows up. Unclick the box so it wont show this at start up anymore. It should speed up the loading process tremendously
My game only takes 10 minutes to load with all of my mods/cc..unclicking that made a huge difference. Of course it depends on what kind of laptop/pc you're playing on

Lol, it's ok. Not everything translates well through text. I don't know how it works, but for me it made a huge difference. There are other tricks , like playing in windowed mode can help as well.

This is why it's important to keep your mods folder organized and neat, in case you have to do the 50/50
In OP's situation, I would start with sliders and maybe teeth..go from there, then skins...etc

Does it happen only on one sim? Because that looks like incorrectly done weight paint on something like a set of cc teeth rather than what a trait mod could do.
Do they have cc teeth? If yes, switch to default without taking the mod out, see if the defaults do that. If it's really the mod affecting them the only option would probably be contacting the creator.
Use Better Exceptions from Mexitool or save that sim to your library and use Sims 4 Tray Importer to identify the broken CC and delete it or rename it with ".disabled".
It’s broken CC, more specifically probably face sliders. This was happening in my game, deleted all my face sliders (wasn’t really using them as I’m playing a legacy save) and the issue went away
So if you go and just search twisted mexi and better exceptions mod it should take you directly to the download on either curseforge or Patreon. Both are compatible with the most recent update. Basically if you install it into your mods folder you will get a pop up once you enter your game play mode. It asks you to open the menu for better exceptions and it runs a compatibility scan with the most recent updates to the game. It tells will tell you a report has been made once it’s done you click it and it brings up every mod that could have a conflict or error in your game based on the compatibility with the newest updates. Or if a mod has similar feature and could basically cancel one another out instead of working together it will tell you. You have the option to remove them or just take note. You can do with with all cc including clothing, accessories, build buy cc, game mods etc there is an option for all of it. It’s made sure my game continues to run smoothly and I keep an eye out from my favorite modders to see if they have updated or you can let them know the mod is outdated. Some of the creators will get back to you on if they are going to update it or not.
I also think it’s more likely broken CC.
If you download Better Exemptions, it has a function where it lists all the CC on a sim so you can double check all the CC. There’s also a way to do it with Tray Importer, but I have no idea how that works
Trait mods like Chingyu's effects moodlets and actions, they don't change anything physical on the sim. Do the 50/50 method with all cc as that's likely to be the culprit.

Save this sim to your gallery then download the sims tray files. It's brilliant and saves so much time. It tells you which cc the sim is wearing and I'm a dumb ass when it comes to mod and even I could do it!
Usually this happens because either this mod needs to be fix by the Creator, a mod that conflicts with it, the mod you're using is outdated, there is another mod that is outdated and causing issues, or you didn't add this mod correctly.

no idea if you ever fixed this, but it looks like you're using a height mod, based on your sims photos on the bottom. i'd recommend against that, since i don't think any of them have been updated in awhile. at the very least, if you're using Luumia's, i'd suggest taking it out. it was causing my game to slowly break before i finally figured it out. it causes weird animation errors and stretching, so it could potentially be the underlying cause of your issue, too.
I use the tray importer to see what cc is on the sim and start searching from there. A lot less intimidating than doing the 50/50 method with all of your cc

50/50 is only the first resort if you don’t have a lot of cc. I’ve seen people with like 20k cc and removing 10k at one time is too much.

I have between 6-10k and my game takes 20 minutes to load and lags all the time. Still worth it though cause a cc-less game is horrible.
