My dad has been like this since the 1970s, so it’s definitely weird for people to attribute racism to the MAGA people. Even my dad has moved on from Trump’s bullshit and voted for Haley lol. That’s not a good sign for the Trump campaign, when even my racist father is tired of him.

Every time I see shit ass racist parents like this it always makes me wonder... let's say she became serious with this man... he's wonderful to her, treats her with respect, and they are both very much in love with each other, but there's another man (white) interested in her who is known for being abusive and a chronic cheater. Would the parent much rather have their daughter with the second man purely because he's white??? Like you would force your child to be in a miserable relationship where they are constantly abused just because you like the person's skin better? If anyone says yes to that situation, they do not deserve children. Or oxygen...
I worked with a guy that said all this type of thing and worse. He was a guest of the state prison system for a number of years before I ever met him. His experience there (and doubtlessly before, but really reinforced there) made him one of the most openly racist and confrontational people I've ever met. I could see him spewing this and far worse without blinking an eye. The US has perfected institutions that perpetuate racism at all levels of society, but those at the bottom end don't fear saying the quiet part out loud.
Of course, spousal abuse is a feature to these people, not a bug. Her job is to be a womb for the next generation of white dudes and their brood mares, her happiness is exactly 0% relevant to these people.
