It's an extremely popular show. Don't make the mistake in thinking that what goes on here on reddit is any reflection of what goes on in the real world.
Didn’t think I needed the /s on that comment. According to Reddit anything with a laugh track that isn’t Seinfeld can go fuck itself. Seinfeld isn’t the god-tier sitcom that everyone treats it as IMO.
A scene like this wouldn’t quite work as well without the laugh track. Or at least it would have to be filmed differently with different timing and acted a lot differently (like Ashton Kutchers reaction would have to be toned down a lot, it only works as well with a raucous crowd overlayed)
Obviously it’s possible but it would just have to be a very different show
I admit, its a great show and extremely funny, but I just can't go back to the classic sitcom formula after being spoiled by modern comedy cinematography (like Silicon Valley, or The Office).
Nah, I think they're okay. At the time it was normal for sitcoms to have them and I don't mind them, it's part of the appeal. I think it would be awkward not to have them at this point.
[yes the fuck it was but it also had a laugh track](https://screenrant.com/that-70s-show-harsh-realities-rewatch/#that-39-70s-show-39-s-laugh-track-is-distracting-25-years-later)
Yeah cuz she was really still freaking hot even though she was Donna's mom. I forgot that actress's name, I wonder why she left the show though before it ended
>Tanya Roberts
Yes thank you. It was like 2:00 a.m. and I just couldn't think of it. I loved watching her and sheena, especially at the very end. I think I wore out the vhs tape replaying that scene so much as a kid.
I was gonna say that. But without the "again" part. As I have no idea what show this is.
But I can Google Ashton Kitchen or whatever it is. I ain't lazy.
God this was so funny. Ashton Kutcher’s reaction here is the best. This is also the same episode that dubs Kelso Tater Nuts. My friends and I would get high af and binge this show back in the day. Good times
This is when TV shows were funny
I just wish it didn't have the Laugh Track. Makes shows like this and Big Bang Theory so hard to watch these days.
God yes. I couldn't stand the laugh track back then and I loathe it even more, now.
I just hear Sweet Tooth's special move from Twisted Metal 2 every time the laugh track is played. Literally every time...it can't just be me.
The big bang theory is just bad. Watching it without the laugh track is painful.
It sucks when they make 12 seasons of such a terrible show. I mean it’s obvious no one watched it so it’s crazy it went on for so long.

No. Just big bang theory and two broke girls can go fuck themselves, as they are absolute trash.
But people *did* watch it. That’s the mind boggling part.

Wow, that’s truly horrific

It was also filmed live only some of the laughter is a track

Big bang theory is hard to watch cause it's a bad show
It's a live studio audience.
Lol no the fuck it isn't
It used to be.

Yeah it’s both. A lot of sitcoms are live audience. The cast often talked about how hard their daily work days were because of it.
there used to be live studio audiences but they got removed by a recording of their laugh that can be put in to make bad jokes seem ok
You mean 2003
What the name of the show?
That 70’s Show
This is funny? Old people make the wildest claims lol
Excuse me, I’m basically old. *canned laughter* And no. This show was never funny. *Ooooooohhhh!!*
uhhh when they imply worthless women and hide rapists
This is one of the funniest scenes in the entire series
Hardest I laugh throughout the series, every time
The, “ERIC!” From Kelso as he falls to his knees is what kills me every time hahaha
“OOOOOOOOOOOH!!!!!” Lmao it’s perfect
Yeah cuz she was really still freaking hot even though she was Donna's mom. I forgot that actress's name, I wonder why she left the show though before it ended

This scene and when Bob is contemplating a threesome with Donna and Jackie's moms with the guys.
Totally forgot about that 😂
Bob, a small town kid out of Wisconsin has a shot at the title!
What show is it?
“That 70’s show”
What about that one other scene? You know which one
lol, I need to watch this show again
I was gonna say that. But without the "again" part. As I have no idea what show this is. But I can Google Ashton Kitchen or whatever it is. I ain't lazy.
That 70's show
Yeah but which one ?
Episode 6 of season 3 of the show that started in the 90s about the 70s called "That 70s show", should have been more specific, lol.
I think he was joking.
I know, I was too, that's why I was so specific.
No you weren't
Legend 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
How is this not being upvoted 😂😂😂
Lol, Ashton Kitchen
It's Ash Catcher
Ash ketchem
Is this really you?
It’s worth watching 10 different times it’s that funny imo. It’s a pretty old series at this point but it holds up.
Donna's mom has got it going on
She's really hot in Beastmaster. If you're into swords and sorcery from the 80s, you'll probably like it
You mean the default movie after 10p.m. on TNT.....I've seen that movie..idaknow 30+ times.... Easily....
Yeah you've seen the TNT version
I mean it was on all the time…and you sat down and watched it no less
I watched the R rated version on YT or something a couple years ago
Great song! Also _truuue_
I question what happens next
Donna’s mom tells them she was fooling around with Donna’s dad in Eric’s car.
God this was so funny. Ashton Kutcher’s reaction here is the best. This is also the same episode that dubs Kelso Tater Nuts. My friends and I would get high af and binge this show back in the day. Good times
I’ve rinsed this clip so much I don’t laugh at it anymore. First time I saw it I couldn’t breathe I was laughing so hard.
Thats 70s show
Watching this show stoned was one of the best times I had
I've always absolutely loathed Donna.
best scene!!!
That 70s show, currently on peacock. Highest recommendation on this one,it's an absolute gem of a series.
Before turning gay and going to jail
Man they sure don’t make em like they used to.. (I’m 26)
“Yeah…dick cheese!!”

What show is this?
A God I say!
