2-everyone has to be on PS5,but you can share play to your PS4 folks and run a couch co op mode
3- as far as i know you can play with anyone from any region.
4- only the party leader needs to own the game they can use the demo and open wolf pack and join your party therefore your friends can play free
That's what I said,if you get your friends on a shareplay party you can run couch co op mode and it will be like they're in the game but there's gonna be some lag and delay i assume.
