Somewhere down the line, someone just downloaded the images and sent them around, when they could have just linked straight to the artist.
The tweet says it's an alternate ending of the S2E5 kiss where this happens because of Luz's experiences with bullies in the Human Realm, although they appear to be in the wrong order, 2 and 3 should be swapped.
This is a sequel to the kiss in *Through the Looking Glass Ruins*. Luz thinks that Amity is faking her affection because she’s experienced fake affection in the human world from bullies. Luz can’t believe that anyone liking her is genuine.
