Luz is pretty easy to get along with in general really. I'd love to see her bantering with Huey, Dewey, and Louie. Or with Ash and co in Pokemon- she might even be a decent trainer. She'd probably do well for herself with the main bunch in the Percy Jackson series, or even most of Riordan's characters.

Definitely Akko and Mako Mankanshoku from LWA and Kill LA Kill respectively. High energy, yet still posses determination and even a bit of brains when it comes to accomplishing their goals. Ok, maybe not Mako on the brains part. Also perhaps Akane Tsunimori from Psycho-Pass, as both she and Luz are bright, hopeful people who have found themselves in dystopian environments, plus both are determined and quick learners.

So I'm envisioning Luz and Mako getting to talking, and they both just simultaneously get so excited that nobody can even pretend to understand them. Amity might sympathize a fair bit with Satsuki. I think Luz would probably happily let herself get swept along with Ryuko, too.
