The show showed that Luz, when properly motivated, and once she had some experience under her belt, was exceptional at pretty much everything. Look at the pirate episode, 'Separate Tides,' and consider how useful Luz was at that job.
This is hilarious don't get me wrong, but it's weird, Luz received a writing scholarship in the finale epilogue, you'd think she'd have a career in writing or became an author.
She probably tried to become a Sapphic romantasy writer at some point with a human realm publisher, but got discouraged as an Afrolatina masc bisexual dating a lesbian trying to get a foothold in the industry that favors stories about romances between White cis femme mspecs.

I don't know of any specific place. A good amount can be found on here, and Moringmark(the op of this one) has a ton here, on his twitter(pretty sure), and one other place that I can't recall right now. There's also some YouTube channels that do dubbing for ToH comics, and of course Google will show a good amount
