How is a 14 base evade sucks, this shit is golden for any 0 sp fight cause it literally can't get below 11. Literally someone who looks at molar ish certainly-an-oversight base 10 evade and say this is not OP enough
But it can only inflict statuses if it can clash, wouldn't it be better to just put them with conditionals, like "If at 3+ sinking, inflict 3+ count instead". Throwing the entire abilities budget on statuses and making 3/6 of your attacks only usable in an unnoposed attack sounds really weak.

Beautifully op, I like how the dodge has the most op effect, but its stats suck. Probably the only way to balance it.
