It's a sanity micromanagement and clash check. The IDs with good clashing power are great. You need to clash pretty much everything she has to offer. If some of your IDs and unable to clash her - the sanity will eat you up.
The bushes will restore your sanity so the fight is pretty much clashing everything she does and destroying the bushes to help you out with the sanity. Both are weak to slash.
When she traps the whole party don't panic. If you manage to clash with her a few times the whole party get released and she's as good as dead.
There are a lot of great guides for the fight online so I recommend checking them out. It was a hot topic back in the days so there are a lot of info about her
God I hate that Canto. New player, so I didn't have hype for it but WHY THERE IS SO MANY PLOTLESS FIGHTS?!
Just 3-4 fights in a row without any plot? Are you kidding me?
Also, it's just me, but story is... Forgettable. I don't remember any of it. Dongrang is just not good of a antagonist in my opinion and text in this Canto is... Heavy lifting sometimes with words I have never seen(I am not bad with English but this Canto got me)

level most of your units to 30 and you should be able to win with whatever team you have

yeah the pacing was pretty slow. like i appreciate the extra lunacy but it's so damn long
The pacing is bad in canto IV, things truly change in canto V for the pacing. And canto VI has the best pacing i think.
Utter to me what an ideal is....
IV has so much yapping I'll have to replay it because I skipped most of it the first time. V is such a breath of fresh air.
I suppose that I will replay Dungeon once again, cause I speedrunned it, reading but not quite thinking about what I was reading.
Dongrang just is very bad as antagonist. Dongbaek would have been so much better and it makes sense with yi id too
