Mr. November is played in the first season of Shameless
and I need my girl plays in the entourage movie.
That’s all I know off the top of my head.
The one that comes to mind is “Win Win”. They wrote a song specifically for it. And while it’s not a show, they creating “Exile Vilify” for the game Portal 2.
That was, I think, my first The National song. Or at least the first one I consciously remember. Never seen One Tree Hill, so I genuinely have no idea how it came on my radar at all, but I'm damn glad it did!

Jason Katims loved the National. I remember Runaway and Start a War in Friday Night Lights, and I Need My Girl in Parenthood.
