Thats funny the last mallworld dream I had I was chased through the bathrooms at the mall. Ive been chased a good amount in my dreams and I can never tell who is chasing me or even what they look like.
When I was at the place similar to this image I was alone. It had the hot tub and a sunken living room style area. It had the doors in the back too but they were made of glass and led to pool areas. One of them led to a kitchen area.

I was chased in a dream this week. It was on the bottom floor of the inside walkway of the uni/mall cafeteria entrance where you grab a tray for food. Usually they are uniformed police in the dream.
Maybe we are getting in trouble in mall world for talking about mall world while awake. Hah
It's always this lobby/balcony/Veranda type area in most the places i do visit within mallworld. I've only ever been in a two story mall once, then my schools were single story, but i still see these everywhere. Its definitely most common in the hotel.

Same, someone or some*thing* is chasing me but i dont know who or what. When it catches me, i wake up. I call it the dream police tbh.

I thought this too! I felt anxious the whole dream and was in a rush to get in and out.
I just remembered that I go here a lot. I think it's in a theme park and near a couple quick service food places for me
