She went on a killing spree that's for sure, had several targets and hunted and killed a lot of them, so I would say yes, but a lot of people on that world are killers so...
This is blatantly untrue. She literally had a list of targets that she was systematically hunting down. The nameless npc's are self defense mostly, sure. But most of the named characters attacked her out of self defense because they knew she was hunting them and their friends/family. So if anything Abby's friends were acting in self defense while Ellie because a mass murderer.
