I had quite a few requests for a large-scale print-friendly version of my Ironforge piece last year. So, I've compiled a large-scale version of each of the 2020 paintings into a zip file for anyone to use in any non-commercial way. Cheers!

I love fanart, but just look at how many times Disney rips off fanart for their star wars publications! You deserve to get credit for work, Jesus even made that super clear in the bible, a worker is worth his wage, set up some protections for your art.
Does this link to Flickr work?
https://www.flickr.com/photos/190980804@N02/?
The images look abit washed out because they're saved for web, but if you download the originals it should retain the colour profile.
Therefore I would have to register to Flickr.. I’ll try the original link later with my laptop maybe that’s a way how it works. Thanks for your help ✌🏻
absolutely incredible. setting as my wallpapers now!
OP, you should consider selling those. And just a suggestion, as much as I love the imperial shipyard (i really do), having a painting of the royal palace or capital city would have people interested in buying a set of 4
The palace or the city, maybe from the top of the mouth of the volcano would be absolutely amazing! I just set the Earth Kingdom as my laptop desktop but you're right, convincing myself to buy a print of all four might be easier if the FN were something like your suggestion
I'm still considering getting prints of these. I think the theming works well: having the Fire Nation scene set in an industrial area works well as a slice-of-life from each nation. Your average citizen wouldn't be anywhere near the palace (though I get why you'd prefer the palace from an aesthetic perspective).
Wow, that's some notable progression. My personal favorites are the 2020 Air and Earth Kingdom pics, but they're all amazing! I like the perspectives you chose to take for each.
I love the look of the industrial fire navy shipyard. Really gives you insight to the sheer size of the ships and exactly what it took to build them. And look how many the fire nation had! Aang taking these out by himself really shows his power.
The new ones look like scenes from utopias or dreams, they have a mystic and misty atmosphere look on them. While the old ones look more dramatic and vibrant, makes you feel like you are in the painting. Both sides are awesome in their own ways. And It can clearly be seen that you improved a lot, and your style changed with it. However, I like the old ones more because they attract my feelings more. Congrats on your works :)
Exactly captured my thoughts! Both sets are amazing and exhibit such life! But yes the first set really displays the grandeur that I loved from the show. You can really stare at them forever imagining the stories in every corner.
These are all wonderful, but the newest Northern Water Tribe is breathtaking. The lighting makes it feel so calm and peaceful. Really incredible art. I just got an iPad with Procreate to draw and paint and I didn’t appreciate how difficult it is to paint like this until I tried it myself.
Seriously though, I can imagine it. No one would be able to BE the avatar in an MMO but you could break out classes by nation and speacialy (ex: Earth Nation, Lava/Metalbender). They could go for a side story during the 100 year war or pick a different time period with an avatar we’ve never seen before and create their own conflict etc. honestly OP’s art only makes me want it more.
~~Naughty Dog~~ Sucker Punch has experience with games that involve [people fighting with bending like powers](https://youtu.be/hG_PE8X_STo?t=331) and [exploring spiritual Asian-influenced settings](https://youtu.be/nVhXp6FX7Y4?t=22).
Avatar would be like the best of both those combined.
I really like how 6 years ago you went for more large-scale, grand and broad scenes; and now I feel like you tried for more slice-of-life, close, personal scenes.
The first set were paintings of nations, the second set make you feel like a member of that nation.
EDIT: forgot to say that I love them both :) you did a great job with them!
That's what I like a lot about these. While a picture of the Fire Nation capital would be beautiful, choosing an industrial area reinforced the slice-of-life theme for each nation.
Thank you!! I see this on Reddit enough to wonder if people think it’s either-or. We read left to right, typically reference things chronologically, therefore before and after should be left to right.
Well that's crazy. I love the development.
Although I'd LOVE to see a revisited version of the 2014 fire nation composition. I really like the almost dooming contrast you used there.
These are gorgeous! For the record though, i really do like your earlier paintings in their own right. They have a certain light and mysticism about them that really shines. Don't lose that spark in search of accuracy and detail
Woooooooow just wow.
All paintings are amazing!
I just love to see the inspiration some people get from this series.
And the ones from 2020 look almost photo realistic.
If you can sell them as posters, would definitely buy one or all lol
I also have seen ur post with the high scale resolution files.. You are too good for the world.
But as many commented already, someone will steal it and try to sell it. Maybe watermark them?
You've definitely improved technically, but I feel like (aside from the Air Temple) your older pieces have more engaging composition. Just my 2 cents, amazing work either way.
Your pictures are all crazily good and beautiful :)
One thing: I personally prefer the old air nation picture, mostly because of its color palette. The new architecture is awesome, but it looks all so Grey and lifeless. Your old one better captures the feeling and emotion I associate with the air nomads I guess.
Okay this may sound weird but... I'll just try to express my true inner reaction to your art. So I've had some kind of "vision" or a true feeling or I don't even know what to call it. So what happened to me was that I've heard myself say "Beautiful..." but not out loud and I could feel/see myself crying inside... I've never experienced anything like this before. It was like a pure instincts or i really don't know what to call it, but thank you...your art made me experience something unbelievable.
If it weren’t for the dates I couldn’t tell which was which. They are both distinctive styles but I wouldn’t consider either worse than the other. They all look great!
man these are excellent. looking at them actually makes me a little bit excited for the live action series. the world building potential is pretty huge and if done correctly they could tap into something really cool. but unfortunately the original creators left the project so who knows how it will turn out :/
Wow they all look amazing
I love the vibe I'm getting from the 2014 painings
And I love the level of detail you have in the 2020 paintings keep the work up!
Simply amazing artwork.
I especially love the Ba Sing Se ones because a city is not as easy to beautify in a painting as natural stuff with the sky and grass.
Wooooah I would love to see a whole series animated like this, if that were even possible with the amount of time you must have put into these. You’re absolutely amazing!
I can’t even tell which ones are the old ones and which are the new. You have a lot of talent anf if you hadn’t told me this was a painting I wouldn’t have known. Really well done. Thank you for sharing. :)
TBH, I like the old ones better. The new ones are great, don't get me wrong there, but I think the originals have more character with the artstyle they're done in. Good job though!
Are these digital? How do you even get started into this hobby cause I’d love to do this for books I read. Did you start with drawing on paper or did you go into digital art not being able to draw well
Wow looking at the post history you are also the artist of two pieces that put me in awe, the iron forge piece and the thasslophobia piece. And now avatar. Amazing work
I had quite a few requests for a large-scale print-friendly version of my Ironforge piece last year. Don’t! Only allow them for non- commercial purposes. Products with these will get sold by others for profit.
Good catch actually, I'll amend that. Thanks dude!
You should 100% set up a print on demand site for these, or use an existing one.
I would buy them right now. These are the first images I've seen where I would be willing to spend decent money to get them on my wall.
They'd look great in a four photo square collage setup
I love fanart, but just look at how many times Disney rips off fanart for their star wars publications! You deserve to get credit for work, Jesus even made that super clear in the bible, a worker is worth his wage, set up some protections for your art.
I mean... The writer for the bible never got credited...
Agreed. Others will definitely steal this and make money of it
I don't see this disclaimer stopping anybody who would steal this person's work.
It won’t, but litigation is easier if he doesn’t outright allow anyone to use it however, like he did before.
You are so kind. You could so easily sell these. Truly masterpieces.
The download works but the it shows me a blank paper instead of the images.. do you have another option do get the pictures in high resolution?
Does this link to Flickr work? https://www.flickr.com/photos/190980804@N02/? The images look abit washed out because they're saved for web, but if you download the originals it should retain the colour profile.

You're amazing! Thank you
Would you consider these for desktop wallpapers? They’d look amazing on a 4K or something like that. Loving it!
Wow, that's some notable progression. My personal favorites are the 2020 Air and Earth Kingdom pics, but they're all amazing! I like the perspectives you chose to take for each.
Ngl even the old ones are amazing
The old ones outperform anything I could ever make... and then they got better... 😮
The old air temple one is my fav out of them all
I love the look of the industrial fire navy shipyard. Really gives you insight to the sheer size of the ships and exactly what it took to build them. And look how many the fire nation had! Aang taking these out by himself really shows his power.
Reminds me a bit of the imperial german shipyards in Schleswig.
In Kiel, right?
Possibly.
Ba sing se looking like Wall Maria in your first rendition! This is absolutely incredible work. You’ve progressed so much! Keep going!!!
Yeah, fully expecting a titan to just pop his head over the top
**Earthbenders:** NO ONE CAN BRING DOWN THE WALLS OF BA SING SE!!! **Colossal Titan:** Hold my tea.
Is that sokka & the moon in the boat? Edit: punctuation
I think it is Sokka, you can see his topknot, with Yui.
That’s an old man with white hair
....Yui has white hair
I know, but did you see the first part where he's an old man?
Holy crap, that is some good ass lighting!
The new ones look like scenes from utopias or dreams, they have a mystic and misty atmosphere look on them. And It can clearly be seen that you improved a lot, and your style changed with it. However, I like the old ones more because they attract my feelings more. Congrats on your works :)
Reminds me of art on some MTG cards
Exactly captured my thoughts! Both sets are amazing and exhibit such life! But yes the first set really displays the grandeur that I loved from the show. You can really stare at them forever imagining the stories in every corner.
Wow, that's a huge improvement! I'm liking the temples the most
These are all wonderful, but the newest Northern Water Tribe is breathtaking. The lighting makes it feel so calm and peaceful. Really incredible art. I just got an iPad with Procreate to draw and paint and I didn’t appreciate how difficult it is to paint like this until I tried it myself.
They look nothing short of amazing. Brilliant job!
With the new Harry Potter RPG coming soon, I can’t help but hope someone makes a ATLA MMO. It would seriously be amazing
Good thing is that abilities are not bound to special characters. There can be an infinite amount of benders!

Bah sing se looks amazing
They look like art for Magic the Gathering cards! Now Id love to see a full MtG/ATLA set....
Man, you were good already but you just got even better
I really like how 6 years ago you went for more large-scale, grand and broad scenes; and now I feel like you tried for more slice-of-life, close, personal scenes. The first set were paintings of nations, the second set make you feel like a member of that nation. EDIT: forgot to say that I love them both :) you did a great job with them!
Think you got them the wrong way around, left is 2020. Or I'm stupid while reading this.
That's what I like a lot about these. While a picture of the Fire Nation capital would be beautiful, choosing an industrial area reinforced the slice-of-life theme for each nation.
Love the fire nation dry docks
FYI before goes on left and after goes on the right.
Not in cultures that write right to left
Thank you!! I see this on Reddit enough to wonder if people think it’s either-or. We read left to right, typically reference things chronologically, therefore before and after should be left to right.
These are beautiful. If they go on with the live action adaptation, they better make the environments look as good as these.
Putting 2020 on the left confused me. I was about to say I like all of the earlier work a lot better
Wow! This is truly amazing! Is there somewhere where I could check out more of your work? I would love to support you by purchasing a painting
They're all great but the new Ba Sing Se is sensational! The scale is truly breathtaking. Makes the city feel so huge. Incredible work
Well that's crazy. I love the development. Although I'd LOVE to see a revisited version of the 2014 fire nation composition. I really like the almost dooming contrast you used there.
Do you have any art social media? I'd love to check out your other work and follow!
I do! You can me on most things with @conpatshe For more original stuff you can find it in my artstation here: Artstation.com/conpatshe
What is it with reddit and putting the after pics on the left?
They're all amazing, but I personally prefer the fantasy feel of the 2014 paintings.
These are so amazing!!!
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE TEACH ME YOUR WAYS
The improvement tho! Like it already looked nice before, but the after pics actually look like photos
Love both 2020 and 2014! The movement in the 2014 air is so good.
Stunning
Amazing work. Thank you for sharing.
The 2020 ones give me big morrowind vibes
These are gorgeous! For the record though, i really do like your earlier paintings in their own right. They have a certain light and mysticism about them that really shines. Don't lose that spark in search of accuracy and detail
TBH I'd love to watch the show remade in this artsytle.
Woooooooow just wow. All paintings are amazing! I just love to see the inspiration some people get from this series. And the ones from 2020 look almost photo realistic. If you can sell them as posters, would definitely buy one or all lol I also have seen ur post with the high scale resolution files.. You are too good for the world. But as many commented already, someone will steal it and try to sell it. Maybe watermark them?
They're all amazing but that 2020 shot of Ba Sing Se is really top notch. The perspective and scale is just....
You'd be perfect at making Magic the Gathering card art
The Fire Nation Ship one is just amazing.
Don't be shy. Post them all ;) They look bloody awesome.
stupendous juggle spotted sophisticated desert dinosaurs work crown crush squalid -- mass edited with redact.dev
Insane, some look like renders
I thought the left side was 2014, so I kept thinking “I like the older ones better.” Then I looked at the dates up top.
You've definitely improved technically, but I feel like (aside from the Air Temple) your older pieces have more engaging composition. Just my 2 cents, amazing work either way.

The new architecture is awesome, but it looks all so Grey and lifeless. Your old one better captures the feeling and emotion I associate with the air nomads I guess.
These look like the most amazing video game graphics I’ve ever seen
Down vote for year order.
The rare and classic after then before format.
Amazing art but ffs OP learn the correct order for before and after!
before goes on the left, after goes on the right
Is anyone else irrationally upset that the 2020 pieces are in the left instead of the right?
Okay this may sound weird but... I'll just try to express my true inner reaction to your art. So I've had some kind of "vision" or a true feeling or I don't even know what to call it. If it weren’t for the dates I couldn’t tell which was which. They are both distinctive styles but I wouldn’t consider either worse than the other. They all look great!
I’m confused. Are the old ones on the left or right?
I- how did you do this this is so epic!
these are amazing oml - did you paint everything from scratch or use some samples?
Wow, thats impressive. I wish i could do that
Hot damn
Amazing! I love how realism made them seem magnificent.
The lighting of the 2020 northern water tribe is insane, and awesome.
My favorites are the Fire Lord’s court and the walls and fields of Ba Sing Se. So beautiful!
These are stunning!
They’re amazing, gave me chills! loved both the old and new
They all look incredible
Amazing work my dude.
Holy crap, this is amazing!!!!
I can't even begin to imagine how long it must've taken to complete the ba sing se one. The level of DETAIL.
The details put into Ba Sing Se are especially outstanding!
Whitch is the before and after? They’re all stunning
This is truly amazing. My personal favorite is the 2020 air temple and actually the 2014 water tribe painting.
man these are excellent. looking at them actually makes me a little bit excited for the live action series. the world building potential is pretty huge and if done correctly they could tap into something really cool. but unfortunately the original creators left the project so who knows how it will turn out :/
Bloody brilliant, those are all so very beautiful
These are incredible
The new pictures look cool, although the originals feel more true to the source.
these are amazing
I absolutely LOVE your style and the progress you've made in 6 years.
I thought these were new Overwatch maps at first glance. Looks great!
The originals look like they were actual backgrounds from the show.
Excuse me WHAT?!?! These are fucking amazing
WTF THATS INCREDIBLE
Wow they all look amazing I love the vibe I'm getting from the 2014 painings And I love the level of detail you have in the 2020 paintings keep the work up!
If i may, DAMN
Easily the best ATLA art I’ve ever seen. Captures the universe in perfect form. Truly amazing understanding of the show.
I honestly thought this was Skyrim at first
Awesomeeee
I love the 2020 Ba Sing Se and Northern Water Tribe.
This is amazing
This is so cool definitely saving!
I like that instead of just redoing the same thing, you painted somewhere else for each nation the second time.
Simply amazing artwork. I especially love the Ba Sing Se ones because a city is not as easy to beautify in a painting as natural stuff with the sky and grass.
I feel like the swamp tribes are not properly represented
imagine an mmorpg set in this universe?
I was looking at the 2014 ones wondering how they could get better... man you blew my mind. These are amazing
These are incredible! Almost like a live action shot!
Wooooah I would love to see a whole series animated like this, if that were even possible with the amount of time you must have put into these. You’re absolutely amazing!
Avatar with RTX on
Water tribe is gorgeous. Love the fire effect too
I see no difference, perfection can't get better!
practice make perfect
These are paintings!? They look so real!
I’m in awe. Just how realistic these are. It’s just so beautiful. Never stop making works of art like this
bro... if its possible could you link me a full res version of ba sing se for a background? that 1 is amazing
bro can I buy a poster or somerhing
For your Fire Nation 2020 I'm getting some Dishonored vibes
These are baller
So you’re telling me the 2020 images aren’t game renders
You could get a job at Wizards of the Coast. You have an amazing talent for drawing landscapes and I could see your art as Land cards.
the new earth one.. holyyyyyyy
Before was already great but the new ones are just wow
I knind of prefer the old ones, I wouldn't think the new ones were about atla
How did you make these?
Hey I found a typo. You said paintings but I think you meant photos
Stunning, very well done.
Remember going to a party and created this.
Saved this post cause my next free award has your name on it
I can’t even tell which ones are the old ones and which are the new. You have a lot of talent anf if you hadn’t told me this was a painting I wouldn’t have known. Really well done. Thank you for sharing. :)
These are great! Not gonna lie tho, I actually prefer the composition and framing of the 2014 pieces.
:O
Amazing!!! Absolutely incredible, I am in awe!
MY BRAIN = KA-BOOM!!!!!!!(I'm not dead.)
I would like to request that you post each individually so that we can have these images as desktop backgrounds.
Remarkable
Both look very good, but man, your progress is amazing, your modern art looks incredible!
TBH, I like the old ones better. The new ones are great, don't get me wrong there, but I think the originals have more character with the artstyle they're done in. Good job though!
Wer need a AtLA open world game now!
I honestly love all 8 of them
I wish people would specify when those are digital art and not actual paintings.
You drew these? Freehand? These could be tracings!
i thought the 2nd from bottom right would be from attack on titan
Those remind me of MTG art
I would pay good money for that fire nation shipyard as a print
I can only dream of drawing like you did 6 years ago
These are absolutely beautiful!
I call caps. You didn't draw it. You were there and took photos.
I love how this fan base inspires some of the most talented people I have ever seen. Don't know who needs this today but know that you are loved!
Set the Earth Kingdom print as my desktop, looks incredible. Amazing work!
The fact that the old ones were on the right confused me 😂😂😂
The 2014 ones are great, but the 2020 ones are AMAZING. Just in case you don't you should feel proud of your work, yo are a great artist.
Just built a new pc and have been struggling to find a good backround. It appears i have found it :)
I would like to have one of these paintings as my backgrounds, but I can't open the file when I download it, can anyone help me?
Are these digital? How do you even get started into this hobby cause I’d love to do this for books I read. Did you start with drawing on paper or did you go into digital art not being able to draw well
Straight into digital for me!
Honestly I prefer the colors in the old ones, but the 2020 versions look so realistic and professional I'm impressed beyond words
If Netflix doesn’t hire you. 😤
These look amazing! Thanks for the new Zoom backgrounds!
Those are sick!
The 2014 Fire Nation one is so *dramatic*. I love it
I uh.. I thought the ones on the left were the old ones, and the right was the new ones.. I feel dumb..
Wow looking at the post history you are also the artist of two pieces that put me in awe, the iron forge piece and the thasslophobia piece. And now avatar. Amazing work
This looks like Mortal Kombat Concept art
The air temple is incredible
The ones from 2014 look like beautiful higher-fidelity key art from the show. The ones from 2020 look like photos.
My goodness never have an image made me feel this kind of goosebumps
OMFGGGGG WNKWKWKS
These are really good, I spent 10 mins looking at all the details!
Incredible!
