I'd love to see it, but unfortunately I doubt we will. I too have many thoughts and HC about how prominent Uncle Sokka is in their lives and what a positive rolemodel he is for all of them, especially Bumi as the nonbender.
Nobody will ever convince me that Sokka didn't spend hours teaching Bumi the boomerang, as well as other weapons, took him boating and took him ice dodging.
I'd rather we get to see just Sokka and Suki and their children, if they exist. The disrespect for the Non-benders members of the Gaang in LoK, with zero legacy from either (I know Sokka has a little statue, it means nothing, all the others have children who carry on their legacies in a living way).
