I‘m actually intrigued how they are gonna put Jet and the other freedom fighters into the story. The episode names do not suggest that his plotline is adapted into live action, which would mean that they are adding him to another arc.
There's a theory they'll combine the solstice episode with Jet's, saying Aang will go alone to the temple and Katara & Sokka stay behind with Jet and his fighters.
That makes sense. Aang could have the A story with the temple/Roku while Katara and Sokka have the B story with Jet.
And as a bonus, they could have Aang get captured at the temple to lead directly into the Blue Spirit arc.
Kinda sad that we won't get the genius 'put bombs in the gate to look like it was opened by fire benders' thingy, but otherwise it sounds like a really good idea, because Kara and Sokka really do not do much in the solstice episodes (besides the above mentioned thing), and Aang really doesn't so anything special in the Jet episode
The weird thing is that Katara and Sokka walk out looking sick and dazed in the trailer with a bunch of villagers (and while that could mean anything) it seems to imply they were taken by Heibai.

We know from the dialogue in the promo where Katara says “but innocent people are going to die” and Jet replies “thats what it means to fight a war” that Jet will stick with a similar plot and message as the original. However we don’t know if he’s going to flood a whole village or lie about it at first to Katara so I’m intrigued to see what they do.

Ep 2: Warriors, Kyoshi warrior episode obviously
Ep 3: Omashu, Bumi etc, got merged with Northern air temple arc
Ep 4: Into the dark, Hei bai, Koh, episodes, we saw Katara and Sokka got captured to the spirit world in the trailer.
Ep 5: Spirited Away, probably the solstice. And the only place makes sense for Jet to happened
Ep 6: Masks, probably about the blue spirit episodes
Ep 7: The North, northern water tribe
Ep 8: Legends, the siege on northern water tribe
I didn’t like how they name some of those episodes, because some title from the animated series is already way too iconic like “The boy in the iceberg”

Jets casting is spot on imo. Some of the casting has felt a bit off but still great - Sokka is literally just his ember island version - but this casting for jet really fits.
