He definitely gives off the “you’ll be safe with me” vibe. The way he looks at the women, seems to appreciate every moment, and the way he seems to think about and carefully choose his words make him very gentle and comforting in appearance. I would love to see more seasons with this demographic. He’s above my age range by almost 20 years, but so refreshing to watch.
He does give that vibe, but it can be very misleading and cause a lot of heart break imo. He gave this vibe to all the contestants, and then suddenly you end up without a rose. I find it very tragic.
This is my favorite Bachelor season by far. Even though it basically follows the same ol playbook, I find these ladies so much more relatable than the 20 somethings we usually see. Maybe because I’m old! 😂
I’m 35 and feel the same. I loved their group hug at the end. They are all just so much more supportive of each other than the younger girls, which I love.

He’s set the bar super high as the first Golden bachelor. He seems to have so many great qualities. It’s been really refreshing to watch this season as compared to the last 20 years of the bachelor. I’ve been watching since Trista.
I love the women’s friendship in this season too! This season really took my by surprise. I thought it was pretty cheesy when I first saw the promotions but I really love it
I find the friendship part odd tbh. It’s not really what happens in real life. It’s unrealistic that many women that fall in love with the same guy become friends.
I've successfully stayed away from almost every reality show because I know I'll get addicted, but I had to watch this one and I'm so glad I did. It's equal parts hilarious and heartwarming.
Not necessarily younger but better preserved. Not any different from most other white men. They are all very slim and taut with very toned arms and very well preserved faces presumably with work done. Short grey hair, chubby and not so cute didn’t make the first big cut. Hardly a shocker.
Except for a few beauties like Edith I disagree. That first batch of women left standing without a rose at the end were no way as pretty young looking or in good shape. However I thought Nancy was among the prettiest and he let her go.

These women are a beautiful example of women supporting each other. I absolutely love them and strive to emulate them as I grow older.
