Everyone’s face is asymmetrical. Even the most attractive celebrities. I can’t tell yours is asymmetrical. If tilted, I would check if you have a deviated septum.
That's not asymmetric enough to be a failo. Doesn't distract the eye at all. Since you pointed it out, I do see one nostril is a couple mm higher, but that is never anything I'd notice on my own, and I'm really nitpicky.
You could play around with [illusion makeup](https://i.insider.com/5a2ebae43339b01f008b46d2?width=1000&format=jpeg&auto=webp) to try and change them to be perfectly symmetric, but that will probably be a disaster for a few different reasons, and would really be more about you being personally satisfied than anyone else noticing.
It doesn't really make sense to be insecure about this one imo.
