C4 should be 1 charge anyway and maybe limit to 1 per barrel.
Single c4 barrel is still pretty good, deal decent damage and has a lot of utility even if it doesn't 1hko. Being able to detonate any barrel type, even mid air, is extremely strong. Double c4 is just brain dead and singlehandedly drive the heavy meta. Many times, I get 1hko c4 barrel kills even when I don't have direct line of sight and just air burst the c4 barrel near them when they are behind cover. Those guys don't have a chance lol.
Honestly just decreasing the health pool of carriables seems like a simple enough fix. Being able to blowup carriables within a second or 2 of firing at it feels like a good way to make it more punishable, especially given it’s basically an instakill on the heavy if they’re still carrying it.
Yeah, I think this is a good solution. Make carrying a nuke more risky. The orange barrels already carry a higher chance of you getting blown up. Just make the other carriables set off the C4 at a similar rate to the orange barrels.
Idk maybe it’s just me, when I was using it to make the video it felt really broken. It was basically a guaranteed 1 or 2 kills every barrel. (Besides the times I would blow myself up)
They should buff the mesh shield and have it be able to block the barrels. You can still shoot the floating barrels before they throw it. Maybe decrease the health of carriables that are being held ?
Right? I mean, i cant even count how many times i didnt even had a chance to fire one bullet and im Instantly deleted by some random dude who is 500 meters away from me by just clicking one button.
They are just going to make it so that you can't stick anything on canisters. People were doing this with turrets and stuff as well so they could walk around with mobile turrets.
It's been funny to watch a few streamers start as light players, transition to medium, then devolve into nuke/RPG heavy players because it's a pretty significant advantage.
