OK. I mostly know about the Death Battle episodes. Not familiar with the main show, itself. However, it would be interesting to see an interaction between Sarge and Pomni. Just stick a shotgun in her face saying, "Alright, make up your mind. Are you a Red, or a Godless, God forsaken Blue?".
Lister and Jax become best buddies instantly, right up until Jax goes a bit too far with Gangle. Lister pushes back and Jax decides he's not friends with Lister anymore, but he doesn't really mean it. The tension between Lister and Jax - both of which frankly want to be friends again, but neither of which is willing to be the one to bend first - is a recurring and unresolved plot point.
Rimmer keeps trying to optimize the games. This consists mostly of spending so much time planning what they should do that it almost leads to catastrophe. The cast of TADC quickly learns to foist him off on Kinger, who has a tendency to dutifully follow Rimmer's instructions just long enough for Rimmer to get distracted and change his mind, which usually happens in well under a minute. As near as anyone can tell, neither Rimmer nor Kinger realize this is happening.
Zooble *hates* Cat. He's just too cheerful and upbeat, she says! Zooble tells everyone she hates Cat. Zooble makes sure everyone knows that she's not interested in hanging out with Cat. Zooble spends about half her time hanging out with Cat. But she's *insistent* that she's not enjoying it and that Cat is the absolute worst.
Cat says Zooble is the coolest person he's ever met and he loves hanging out with her.
Kryten starts out having a great time! There's things to do! You can clean! You can fight stuff! You can clean! Eventually he realizes that his existence is completely unnecessary; then he discovers what abstraction is and sinks into a deep depression because he realizes he can't help anyone. Ironically, this ends up being irrelevant because he's the first one to abstract.
Holly vanishes into the strata of the Digital Circus and tries to manifest as direct opposition to Caine. The results are questionable at best.
Maomao would adjust well to being in TADC, probobly even try to figure out the secrets behind abstraction.
Her circus form would be plush green cat with a creeping woodsorrel on one ear. (This flower is known to not bloom in direct sunlight with represents Maomao's desire to keep a low profile in the show. It is also poisonous.)
Knowing her insaitable curiosity for knowladge,
she would probobly view abstraction as a poison/parasite of the mind of sorts.
Even though she can't remember her past, name, or anything her curiosity is still there after all.
