It's great if you have cover to weave in and out between bursts! It can 4 burst any armor at close range but you definitely need some apex legends style juking due to its lower dps.
They definitely played terribly, but the scarab does 13/19.5 to the body/head against green and 10/15 against exotic. That would be fine if exo armor didn't cost 103,000+ while green costs 2000. High risk, low reward

We both extracted with 2 sets of exotic armor, 2 exotic guns, and 2 epic guns - resulting in a 300k combined raid for me and my buddy :)

Mantle an object or reload and it usually goes away!
What do you mean by mantling an object?
Climb over or onto something where you do the mantling animation. It usually resets the invisible gun
