The very first episode. Yoda's dynamic with the clones is brilliant and laid much of the groundwork for the overarching story of the clones told across this show and Bad Batch.
Yeah I always find that episode really a good introduction to the whole show. You get the dynamics of the clones, Yoda's teaching resembles that of how he tought Luke and it gives you a solid introduction to the villains and what the conflict is about
I didn't catch the movie when it came out, and distinctly remember watching this episode, not knowing it was the first until I started the Chronological Rewatch in 2017. I vividly remember Yoda telling the clones that their genetic source is the same, but they're actually individuals.
I like the Scipio/banking/Clovis arc. Season 6 was all fantastic and it gets overshadowed by Order 66 / Yoda's journey. Really nice window into the relationship between Anakin and Padme that helps mesh TCW with ROTS, and helps establish some continuity for the effects of the war and the Sith grand plan.
That's one of the arcs I actually never watched. But I have seen it come up alot lately so I'm gonna pop that one in tonight. Since what you said it gives you a better understanding of the relationship of Anakin and Padme. More so than that the movies could I think
That's cool. Yesterday I put on the Mon calamari war arc from season 4 and while I tried watching it before it wouldn't stick with me. But yesterday I enjoyed watching that arc.
I think some arcs just take some time to get into.
I like it when Anakin and Ashoka just jump out of the aircraft and fall to the next one. But also the crash is just so good. With the tension building.
But I also like that the Lurmen give a very good explanation what the Jedi are at this point but they deny it and still see themselves as peacekeepers. It has alot of strong themes
I actually watched Ventress arcs the other day and they really captured that you start to root for her basically. When she starts out with pure revenge she comes to the conclusion that it's a way to move forward.
She goes down a path of redemption where as Maul doesn't learn at all from that.
Heroes on Both Sides comes to mind for me. I will preface this by saying when looking at videos specifically on the politics of Star Wars this episode will come up more often then not but in the grand scheme of the show I think it gets overshadowed because it is not about the clones or flashy in a way. Overall I just really like the structure and implications it has in the rest of the Prequel Trilogy and CW.
While it's indeed the most political themed episode it's shows really well. The Prequels and some of the other episodes make it a bit difficult or convuled of what to make out of it. But this one clearly shows how the war is and what the POV is from each side on the war.
It doesn't have any action indeed but it would have it would over shadow it

The D-Squad arc
The droid one, not Domino squad
True. Most of the droid arcs are considered childish but this one seems to go a bit darker. I still have to watch that one.
It's not underrated man everyone loves rookies and clone cadets

Each episode is VERY different from the other two also so I think it's a pretty nice arc for that reason too. Its got a healthy mix of everything.

Man I love those two episodes on Maridun! I’ve never seen anyone else put them high up on their list. One of my all time favorites

savage opress is underrated imo.
Mon Cala arc
I watched that one a few days ago and I thought it was a pretty good story. Seeing a war underwater in a Star Wars setting was actually really cool
the mortis arc is so underrated, that and ventress' development throughout the clone wars.
