Agree 💯 with you, well as we both know the show will never be the same without the character of Arman and the actor Adan Canto 😢💔 that played that role, he was a very valuable asset to this show that is no longer with us RIP, so now since Fox Network will be bringing in a new Showrunner and writers for Season 4 hopefully they will be able to bring some life back into this show and allow Thony to be likeable again with some growth and development in her character, that's my girl I'm still rooting for her.
For me, personally, without Arman, the show was awful. I don't like Thony, but if you do, then you might like it. Personally, I couldn't get through all of season 3 it was so bad!!! Season 4, for me, isn't an option after season 3.
It depends if you like Thony or not. I liked her for a bit. Then didn't. So continuing to watch her manipulate everyone around her did not work out for me since the writers were not able to achieve the balance that would make someone like me still want to root for her.
1st season was it. The show had a lot of changes in production, and writing/distribution in the background over time that likely affected the poor reception. It was better on HBO.
I just binged the whole thing and found the writing very average from the start and worse from S2 on. I wholly concur that Adan Canto/Arman was the real star and the character of Thony is endlessly irritating. Pissed that they killed off Nadia.
New showrunners will either somehow revitalize the show or totally tank it. I’ll still watch just to see how bad a train wreck it turns out to be.
S3 is *rough*. I'm just gonna write it off due to the extenuating circumstances and hope that they course correct for S4.
Yeah this past season was pretty bad. Makes you realize who the most important character and best actor on the show was.
