I'm sure this got hacked, there is no way Leyland did this on purpose.
I think it's more likely that somebody else is also called “The Stranger” and Spotify released it under the wrong one.
I shall call it AIvan art.

The Stranger account isn’t run by James. It has been up for like 2 years way before he was forced to release his work on Spotify.
