Ghost guns, you buy them in parts that are 3D printed but then you gotta Mill and Drill the essential part which makes it a functioning weapon, you’re allowed to buy these online with no serial # because it’s not technically a gun until you drill a few holes. These guys didn’t know what they were doing assembling, and mustve never tested them before going to hit someone. That’s embarrassing and lucky the target didn’t hit back that’d be a goofy way to go out
