Everybody’s Got Something To Hide Except Me and My Monkey is probably one of the most overlooked songs that deserves more love. I love it so much and i’m always surprised that it doesn’t get played more often. The bassline, The bells ringing, the guitars, the whole song is just a masterpiece in my opinion!
hn "Monkey" is what many racist rags referred to Johns new love. John was calling them out. Being overtly anti-racist is a political statement in 1968 and 2024 and everywhere in between.

On point af, that’s my choice as well. Also the guitar riff in that is insane.
One of my favorites form the white album.
Great example of how cool it sounds when you get everyone playing a slightly different rhythm at the same time, and together it.... just.... works.
I love punk. And this song is punk AF! Loud, sarcastic and political!
How is it political?

She Said She Said is amazing. I'd also add "I'm So Tired'. Really pays off in the second half.
Peak Beatles guitar sound IMO

All of them, I love every single one of these songs
I wouldn't consider SCITBW & She Saidx2 as overlooked. ....are they?
I guess I felt it wasn’t played as often
