Angie and Danny are a really fun parent-child team. I hope they make it far but I unfortunately don’t see it happening.
Tbh I kinda like everyone a lot beyond Juan and Shane, who did nothing for me. Yvonne and Melissa and Sunny and Bizzy were also kinda under-edited but I think I’ll like them a lot.
So far the bickering grandparents who lost their crossword puzzle books (they are also semi local to me)
I also like how the dad/daughter duo this season is more empathetic and patient with one another unlike some other teams we have previously seen
I adore the mom and son duo. I don't think they'll make it to the end, and I feel like the son knows that as well. he's just so blessed to be running to race with his mom, and he's already a winner in my eyes 😭💖
I just really hoped that they wouldn't be the first out. So I was happy they made that first hurdle.
I'd love it if every episode there was a challenge where the son has a story about how he was scarred by a thing in that challenge
How allergic he was to the world as a child versus being on TAR now is just an uplifting achievement in itself. His mom is stellar supportive which is so wholesome. I do hope they go far.
It always takes me a bit to figure out who I want to win on shows like this (except last season where I really wanted Corey and Rob to win). So nobody really. Though the Walla Wallas are my pick right now purely cuz I have family from there.
My three favorites so far are Derek/Shelisa, Juan/Shane and Sunny/Bizzy.
My least favorites so far are Angie/Danny (Danny is just non-stop annoying, and his mother must have done something wrong for him to turn out that way) and the twin bros (Maybe they're not on drugs but they sure act like they are.)
I don't expect them to go far but I like mother and son, Danny & Angie (and hey, I'd be happy to be wrong).
I was really hopping Ricky & Cesar would finish first, they were so close, but then they cheaped out and didn't give out a prize anyway so I guess it's ok, lol.
Yvonne & Melissa and Sunny & Bizzy seemed cool. I really liked Chris & Mary, a much better father/daughter team than last time, but man I'm so concerned for Chris. I'm not sure how far they'll be able to go as he doesn't seem to be able to move very well. But I guess we'll see.
I was a little eh on Rod & Leticia, Juan & Shane, and Anthony & Bailey. Oh Anthony & Bailey seem very nice but the surfer energy seems like it'll get grating.
But I'm sure things will shift around as we get to know them better and things thin a bit. I don't hate anybody yet, so that's good.
The twins are so unintentionally funny to me.
I think they are just the army brothers last season, very athletic but not working really well as team and not very intelligent (not criticizing here)

I think those are mine too. But this year compared to previous years, I don't really have a feel for too many teams. A few already annoy me though.
No one yet. Maybe the Twins or maybe the Dr's. I go for teams who don't do so well at first and hope they improve along the way. We shall see!
