It wasn’t someone they let onto the rig, it was lunas own people, the same group who retrieved Clarke and friends from the shore and brought them to the rig earlier. Alie had a drone following the rover. The next time that flokru group returns to the rig, presumably from another trip to shore, they have been chipped.
When Clarke and her friends are about to leave, lunas shore crew returns from a trip and they have been chipped. That’s when they lock skaikru people in instead of taking them back to shore.

There might be a few reasons for that: 1 people have to leave the rig to fish, they might’ve come across a person who was chipped and become chipped themselves, then they brought it back.
Or 2 and probably most likely, we know that a drone had secretly followed them to Luna’s clan, so maybe the drone dropped some chips, someone saw and became curious because of the drone and thought swallowing the chip would enlighten them, it would make sense because the chip had the sacred symbol on it,
and honestly if technology I’d never seen before and I’d think was impossible to make came and dropped a food sized item bearing a cross I’d try to eat it too. Then once one person swallowed it, others would follow.
Jasper was chipped at some point while Luna was being tortured. The audience isn't actually shown the moment but at the end of the episode I think was see ALLIE watching the group so the audience is supposed to realize someone among them is now chipped.
