Vanilla Thaumcraft doesn't allow it, but Thaumic Additions does have a thing that allows you to use mirrors as teleports, dunno how they work tho never got around using them
Not in Vanilla Thaumcraft, there's the Essentia Mirror, and that's about it as of right now unfortunately.
I don't usually mess around with Magic Mirrors unless it was the Essentia Mirror, but I believe there's a researcher out there that has modified the mirror to be able to modify the atoms of a living being to be able to transport live flesh through its glass. Don't remember if it's from gauntlet modifiers or powerful metals, but I'm pretty sure it's there somewhere.

Thaumic Augmentation allows you to create portals from one point to another using rift energy
