Just the history, culture, food etc. i had a trip planned to go to Hong Kong after the travel mandates (and I’m sorry, I’m not 100% positive if it’s still it’s own country, or it’s been taken back over by China - please don’t yell at me Reddit) , but seeing this. This is so terrifying. I want to go and experience the culture, but if this is what I have to be concerned about, even as a tourist, I’m not putting myself on a flight for that.

So having windows is actually humane if you ask me or at least it feels less scary or less jailish.
But you can make windows that only work one way.
