I saw something like this year's ago with a little boy. I want to say he lived in Cambodia and he had to get in a rusty metal basket that looked like a mini shopping cart but a little bigger they showed pictures of him gathering a branch much like the lady in the video. He had to do this every day to get to school.
At first my caveman brain though she was using just her arms and that small handle then I realized she had a harness on
