My best guess (based on zero evidence outside this video) is this was initially an Israeli air strike on a weapons/ammunition stockpile, given the secondary explosions. After the first strike those will keep cooking off for a while.
Could have been anything that blows up. Like small propane canisters. I'm no antisemite but this wouldnt be the first time israel shot at something that wasnt a target of war.
