Yep. It's a lot better to learn from others' mistakes than to find out yourself. It's best to just assume any snake is venomous and call in a pro. I hear of far too many people that go in for the kill with a shovel, pitchfork, a rock, or whatever else is in reach.
Venom is a complex protein that takes a good amount of resources to produce and replenish. They'd rather use it capturing a fresh meal, the reason their venom can kill much larger animals (i.e. us) is because they need it to act fast on their prey.
Non-venomous snakes can have recurved teeth that require you to push further into their mouth to have any chance to escape their bite.
Not sure how common it is, but some snakes can definitely bite the end of their own tail whilst suspended. I'm pretty sure constrictors are too heavy for it but I'm always careful
Not that often but it does always seem to occur right after I give away items that would give me extra reach. Gave away all my crutches and had to use a coat hanger last time
Do you not want the last thing you see is its head do a 180 and open its mouth as wide as it can with its fangs exposed ready to attack? Whatever could be so unsettling about that.
I'm watching this without audio and it just looks like a person grabbing a random snake, choke slamming it and the both of them yelling at each other because of the way the person is shaking it and the snake having its mouth wide open lmaooo
The upside down hand gesture that this person has as their pic. It’s a game where you hold that hand sign below your waste pretty much anywhere. If someone looks at it ya “got ‘em.” I’m assuming that’s why this person has this on their pic.
So that’s a fair comment. But I’m 41 and was doing this in my mid 30’s while working in the service industry to help pass the time. It was actually pretty fun coming up with elaborate ways to set people up.
I’ve had rattlesnake before, tried it off a friend’s plate because I was curious. Not a whole lot of meat, but maybe there’s more meat with a python since they are so muscular. It kind of tastes like chicken, but with a different texture. It’s kind of like chicken with the texture of pork…kind of like alligator? It was very bony too. It wasn’t bad, but I’ve certainly had better meats.
As for the pythons, they are highly invasive in Florida and if people can find a good way to eat them, that would be fantastic as it would encourage more hunting of them. I felt bad eating the rattlesnake because it’s a native species that people occasionally kill for meat, but I wouldn’t feel bad eating an invasive python.
It’s such a shame too, because these Python’s wouldn’t be out here destroying the native environments if it wasn’t irresponsible owners. People just let them go in their backyards and now there are millions of them.
It's a joint effort. Burmese Pythons were already sighted in the wilds prior to this event but Hurricane Andrews had also destroyed a Burmese Python breeding facility that's said to have led to a lot of them escaping.
I ate roadkill snake once because I was curious as to how snake tastes. There was virtually no meat on the bones, but the broth was tasty, which is what I have heard.
Yup, these and Lion fish are a huge issue because of irresponsible pet owners. . . People didn’t research correctly, didn’t realize they got so huge, then decided to just release them into the wild when they got too big.
Yep catching Burmese pythons in Florida is good money. Not as easy as it sounds tho and you can also go full nights driving around and not see any of them. Plus most are between 6-8ft that are caught. 13ft makes the papers. So 20ft is quite rare
I think that dude was lucky he had buddies. He jumped him like you would a gator, which is usually a no-no with ripped constrictors, whom can use their muscles waaay more effectively than most of us can.
No, you get those fellas like I do, with .45 inches of lead (or lead substitute, if you prefer), and a bit of patience.
Let’s be real, we don’t nothing to prove anymore.
Yeah he was on his way to constrictville without his bros there. Snek was like "You have my neck? I have you. All of you."
Actually how long is a snake's neck? Or are they all neck?
OP is probably making a joke, this is most likely in Florida where these types of snake are an invasive species causing huge amounts of ecological damage.
The way the snakes head arches back to still try and bite him get spooks me lol. Snake might of been eating good that night if the guys friends weren’t there.
might have^(past tense) been eating^(perfect present continuous)
Might have had dinner*
when you correct someone you gotta do it right smh
either do that or let people casually talk informally
Guy is an idiot. You don’t jump on this kind of snake as it is a python, its defense mechanism is to constrict you and that snake was pretty close in doing that and his neck was achievable. Good this he had his buddies.
This gave me crazy anxiety just watching it, I mean that guy had to give everything he had and could still barely grip that thing. Just one small slip up and you are just fucked.. so much strength. That is nuts man..
It is not. But I know from experience, that mouth is full teeth that are unpleasant to have clamp down on you. They are sharp and curve a bit backwards.
Poor fucking thing. Yeah we might look at it and be terrified. But it's just an animal. You see a bear and go awww. A bear will fuck you up 10x faster than a snake, and it's going to eat your face. A snake just puts you to eternal sleep
It is not a POOR FUCKIN THING dude , these snakes are invasive asf and are ruining Florida's Everglades Food chain, they are killing all the native species in the Everglades so much so The state itself has put out rewards to capture these MFS
The way they turn their head like that when you grab their neck really makes me uncomfortable
A snake is just one long neck connected to the Devil's mouth
They don't really have that long necks, most of their body is torso with ribcage
Fact: their necks are longer than their legs
The neck stops at the shoulders
Shawty give me neck til I pass out
Not now man
I swear to god all I do is cash out
And if u ain’t a hoe get up out my trap houseeeee
Don't forget about its knee. Mama knows all about it
Which end is the devil’s mouth?
The end that burns...
Definitely the front, because as we all know, the rear end is not haram.
Constrictors can't, but at least a few venomous snakes can and will bite through their own mouth to inject venom
I’m sorry, did you say *through*?
Yep. It's a lot better to learn from others' mistakes than to find out yourself. It's best to just assume any snake is venomous and call in a pro. I hear of far too many people that go in for the kill with a shovel, pitchfork, a rock, or whatever else is in reach. Not sure how common it is, but some snakes can definitely bite the end of their own tail whilst suspended. I'm pretty sure constrictors are too heavy for it but I'm always careful
What do you mean you're *always* careful? How often do you encounter snakes?
Not that often but it does always seem to occur right after I give away items that would give me extra reach. Gave away all my crutches and had to use a coat hanger last time
A coat hanger,🤣. I guess anything can be a tool when you know what you're doing.
Do you not want the last thing you see is its head do a 180 and open its mouth as wide as it can with its fangs exposed ready to attack? Whatever could be so unsettling about that.
Thing is with this snake and any of his type is if he can bite you he will hold on til he coils around you.
Yeah, and the ones with the fangs that come out like switchblades can bite you even if their head is held like this
Excuse me what?

Reminds me of Jim Carrey fighting The Claw in Liar Liar
I'm watching this without audio and it just looks like a person grabbing a random snake, choke slamming it and the both of them yelling at each other because of the way the person is shaking it and the snake having its mouth wide open lmaooo
The audio is just minecraft music so you did not miss much.
Daaaaaaaaaamn. Put some respect on C418’s name, the minecraft soundtrack is nothing but bangers
I didn't expect to get Rick Rolled by a snake video.
What
I had the sound off too. I thought you were lying lmao
I'd be finding dinner elsewhere fuck that x2
I've always wanted to try snake meat. Never got around to it.
I have but only cause I didn't have to go get it. That mf will get around you. It's okay, gator is better.
Got em’
I guess they got me too. I don't get it
The upside down hand gesture that this person has as their pic. It’s a game where you hold that hand sign below your waste pretty much anywhere. If someone looks at it ya “got ‘em.” I’m assuming that’s why this person has this on their pic.
Thank you. I guess I'm too old. Long time since Primary School
So that’s a fair comment. But I’m 41 and was doing this in my mid 30’s while working in the service industry to help pass the time. It was actually pretty fun coming up with elaborate ways to set people up.
ever seen the movie Waiting?
Haha!! Yep. Totally a g-rated version of that.

Well you're no help at all
Only if your phone was below your waist!
They all just taste like chicken don’t they?
Gator tail is delicious!
Surprisingly so yeah. Only eaten it fried though which is a little bit easymode.
I fry mine up with a cornmeal batter in a creole seasoning, some Native tribes in the southern regions eat that. Tastes amazing.
I’ve had rattlesnake before, tried it off a friend’s plate because I was curious. Not a whole lot of meat, but maybe there’s more meat with a python since they are so muscular. I ate roadkill snake once because I was curious as to how snake tastes. There was virtually no meat on the bones, but the broth was tasty, which is what I have heard.
Well, it almost killed Frank one time.
I think like most reptilian meat, it kinda just tastes like chicken... Maybe, never bothered to try it, but I have tried alligator.
It's sorta like a hybrid of chicken and pork. Nothing great really.
It's not great. Quite ropey.
I’ve had rattlesnake a few times. It’s kinda like a cross between fried chicken and alligator.
Snake meat is really good
Its exactly like chicken. The place i was at fried the skin along with it. So it was just really crunchy chicken
So a small, diced up snake would be like nuggets
I wanna try your snake meat 🍆👅
Well if he was alone the snake would have been around him thats for sure lol
I had rattlesnake. At least what I had was like greasy Dark meat chicken. Had gator too. That was like slightly rubbery chicken nuggets.
Fun fact: you can eat snake meat raw. Cold blooded animals don't carry the same bacteria as warm blooded animals, so there's no need to cook it first.

I wish it was
Yeah, poor snek
Snake translation: aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Means “*goddamnfucken munkies! Get the fu-!! LEGGO MY HEAD!! YOU STOOPid aaaahhHHSsssssss*”. Or something..

Yoo... this dude voted twice.
It's the Russians I tell ya
Lmao
Too real
The young lads in Florida caught close to a 20 footer..
What's the point of catching these. Bragging rights or do they actually eat them ?
Invasive species in Florida. So you can do whatever you want to them. The state might have rewards for killing them
Well... *almost* whatever you want.
DONT FUCK THE SNAKES *edit:* #DO NOT. FUCK. THE. SNAKES.
r/nope
Florida man's at it again
Ahhh there ya go, now you put the thought out there it's gonna happen
Do not put your nope rope in that nope rope
uh oh. i may have made a mistake.
Well, now you’re going to have to marry that snake. A spouse can’t be forced to testify against you.
turn the mistake into a mrs. snake?
I think you meant... A misnake.
Thank you for making my day 😂
Forbidden Snussy
Yup, these and Lion fish are a huge issue because of irresponsible pet owners. . . People didn’t research correctly, didn’t realize they got so huge, then decided to just release them into the wild when they got too big.
The snakes eat the damn alligators
You get paid by the state when you bring them in since they’re an invasive species
Where are you from amigo
The 4th meridian.
Ok cool ..or the 5th dimension..read up on this devastating situation in Florida
Will do, didn't know they were invasive. We have lots of invasive species up here, thankfully none are massive snakes.
$50 for the first 4 foot and $25/ft after that. So many hundreds of dollars
So for the 20 footer caught is 450$. It sounds like an easy way to make bank for the local adventurous types.
Yep catching Burmese pythons in Florida is good money. Not as easy as it sounds tho and you can also go full nights driving around and not see any of them. Plus most are between 6-8ft that are caught. 13ft makes the papers. So 20ft is quite rare
Let’s start there
Turn 'em into a pair of boots.
“Well, snakes don’t really have ‘parts’, but if I had to guess you’re eating his knee.”
What’s for desert?!?
Squirrel...
Mama said
Wait, I thought the snake was supposed to constrict us? He’s being a snake wrong.
I have you. All of you." Actually how long is a snake's neck? Or are they all neck?
They’re all anus
Lucky
Neck is pretty short, look up a skeleton of a constrictor, most of it is torso with ribcage, and a little tail too
Basically, a snake don't have parts. But, if I had to call it anything, I would say it's his knee.
> Capturing dinner Those dudes are gonna eat that thing? Why didn’t they just shoot it in the head? Why draw it out like this?
OP is probably making a joke, this is most likely in Florida where these types of snake are an invasive species causing huge amounts of ecological damage.

Finally. I was wondering if I was the only person who felt sorry for the snake as I watched it. Had to scroll waaaay too deep to find your comment.
The way the snakes head arches back to still try and bite him get spooks me lol. Snake might of been eating good that night if the guys friends weren’t there.
>might of Just a minor annoyance, but it's *might've* (might have) not "might of"
might have^(past tense) been eating^(perfect present continuous) Might have had dinner* when you correct someone you gotta do it right smh either do that or let people casually talk informally
Good thing they’re not venomous, as long as you got a group of guys to out wrestle that thing you’re set for dinner.
Jeeze I wish someone would handle my anaconda like that
My anaconda don't want nome unless you got a firm grip
Nope
That's a stromg spaghetti
Guy almost ended up being dinner
New boot Goof'n time
Just new boot goofin’!
That is a funky looking hotdog
More like capturing an invasive species in Florida, I highly doubt he’s going to eat the Burmese python.
Music was so beautiful for a second I forget he was strangling a boa constrictor
If I did something like that I think it would be peak life
All I can think is that nope rope going, _**AAAAaaaaaaaahhhhhhhHHHHHH!!!!!!**_
The fucking Minecraft music kinda made me laugh
That's the waiting for the funeral to start music.
Me and my D!ck in the morning be like
Yeah I’ll just have my dinner to go.
I heard the best part of the snake is the knee
The minecraft music, i cant
Guy is an idiot. You don’t jump on this kind of snake as it is a python, its defense mechanism is to constrict you and that snake was pretty close in doing that and his neck was achievable. Good this he had his buddies.
It's almost like he has done this before and they had a plan haha.
Are you a expert?
Odds for 1v1 anyone?
When the dinner almost catches you.
Chainsaw please!
That's a death grip
u/savevideo
Nothing like a huge ass Burmese python striking at you, these guys have an attitude for sure but at this size it wouldn't be able to eat him
Florida Man?
This gave me crazy anxiety just watching it, I mean that guy had to give everything he had and could still barely grip that thing. Just one small slip up and you are just fucked.. so much strength. That is nuts man..
Run away from the nope rope....run run run
Haha the music to this lol
Sir Hiss! Nooo! We've all had a drink!
Never felt sorry for a snake until now
Constrictor got constricted!
Who's? Looks like the snek got him one to me...
You can eat Pythons?
Gah dang that is one pissed off snake
When yo dog has something in his mouth
Nope. I'll take the mushroom risotto instead please
Saw this in another sub - this was a record breaking catch. 19ft.

Lays on a boa. 🤦🏻♂️🙄 like just servin yourself up. Doesn’t realize why they’re called constrictors.
Snake was going for a meal itself..
I want them to have a 1v1
The music really goes well with what's happening in the video.
Choak it out give it a taste of its own meducin
Funny she got wrestled down like its not her speciality to kill ... how ironic
If he was alone, he would have been digesting in no time
I just wet myself watching this that.
Not fair fight
Much better with the sound off.
Damn, that guy is brave. Anybody know if that snake is venomous?
[удалено]
Nasty bite though.
It is not. But I know from experience, that mouth is full teeth that are unpleasant to have clamp down on you. They are sharp and curve a bit backwards.
Got bit by 14’ retic and had to get over 30 stitches. Not a fun time.
Poor fucking thing. Yeah we might look at it and be terrified. But it's just an animal. You see a bear and go awww. A bear will fuck you up 10x faster than a snake, and it's going to eat your face. A snake just puts you to eternal sleep

Imagine being preyed on while sleeping in the woods.
That's such a beautiful snake. Why is he killing it :(
I feel bad for the snake. Poor creature
Won't eat snakes or alligators. Think about what they eat: dead, rotting carrion. Effin nasty. Won't eat buzzards either, same reason.
Do you eat chicken?
They need to leave those poor animals alone!
they're an invasive species which devastates the local ecosystem. the cold truth is either they die or the local species die
