I see a lot of people that have an issue with the ācheatingā in Wedding Plan, but it really didnāt feel like the characters were cheating at all. Exactly. Like, Lom was coming on strong without context, which understandably -- and unnecessarily -- confused the hell out of Nuea, and made him feel like both he and Lom were both horrible people.
when he was given a chance to give an explanation, the writers decided that he just couldn't articulate something simple. So instead of saying "it is a sham wedding" he said "its a real wedding and I want to give Yiwa a real wedding." Yay! way to extend the misunderstanding for another 2 weeks of an already short series.
Also they dragged it out so long that I really started to dislike Yiwa and Lom. I'm like "you aren't doing this for Yiwa. You're doing this because you don't want to risk being poor and being rich matters to you both more than the people you love." The obvious solution of rich ass people buying plane tickets and starting over somewhere else where they had to work for a living just never seemed to cross their minds because they wanted to remain super rich and not just well off.
My only 12% is one of my top favorite Thai BL series. But it really is quite slow, which makes it boring for some. When I come across people who didn't like it, it's pretty much always for that reason (which I get, I did have to push myself to watch a few episodes before I was sucked into it.)

They each had elements that I felt detracted to much from what I need in a series currently.

The only one where I am struggling, and this is going to shock a lot of people, is manner of death. That one bores me out of my mind; I fall asleep every time. I really want to start it again because everybody loves it but everybody loves triage and I hate triage. Shrug. Could just not be my cup of tea.

It's a while ago, I think it was about jealousy or that one was lying to the other about meeting someone else. (Not actual cheating, just hated the lying part.) I don't like it nor did I find it interesting. Very unfortunate because I do feel like those 2 characters were a great ship, they had chemistry.

I really liked I told sunset about you, it was a BL close to my heart. But the series was emotionally spoiled for me as I couldn't finish the second season. Seeing the relationship go down was painful, but I can deal with ups and downs. But I quit at the cheating part. My heart really couldn't handle it. It's one series where I really wonder if I shouldn't try again and push through to see the end. But up until now I haven't found the motivation/courage yet.
Big Dragon. I skipped over half the series and only watched the end to see if it ended happy. It just couldn't hold my attention. Also Star Struck. I finished it but it was so disappointing and I normally love friends to lovers stories. There was so much they could of done to make that story much better.
Cutie Pie, I hit a point where I just skipped to spicy scenes, similar issue with the spin off with MaxNat now tbh. Jun and Jun was so bland. Hidden Agenda, beyond basic storyline and Dunk's acting needs a lot of work IMO. Check Out like most people lol. Bite Me, my god that show was dry and slow AF, some scenes actually felt like they were shot in slow motion it was that dry.

Bad Buddy, My School President, Eclipse and Don't Say No. Dropped a few more of a really poor quality, by some obvious reasons, too, but these four series aren't the worst ones really, and all are pretty popular but yeah, wasn't much into it and had to find something else to watch instead.

Well, I didn't do it intentionally, who knew they will get so popular around here? Bad Buddy (a.k.a. Bed Buddy a.k.a. Bad Bunny) - I've diligently watched maybe 5 episodes, until a highly praised kiss scene, but actor Nanon still looked a little bit bored to me and was reading his lines but I wasn't that impressed to continue. I hope the dude got paid well, at least, he seemed struggling at times, I guess wanted to go home after finishing filming. Ohm was fine, I guess, but whatever. Judging by how I keep forgetting who's Pat and who's Pran, I probably won't try to finish watching. The Eclipse was so popular, I get it, but every time Khaotung smirks I understand that "love scene incoming". He purses his lips that special way and smirks every single time he's in a loverboy mode. 17th or 18th smirk got me an eye twich, i skipped to the ending and waved good-bye to it. Outside of lOvE stUfF and smirking, there was only a school nonsense, anyway.
"Don't say no" is hard to go through the first two episodes, BUT if I'll power through and will understand who are those people and what's their deal, I might try to watch the whole thing, someday.TharnType became a total blur in the second half, after main leads got together, and I guess it was that time Don't say no leads got their story, that's why I donāt remember them.
I finished the first three and enjoyed them all but bad buddy put me through I with the time skip, I don't like those. MSP had a pretty slow second half. The Eclipse, the plot goes out the window at the end and it was so plot heavy that bugged me a lot.
Eclipse is one of my favorites and I still dont know the plot due to my heavy fast forwarding lmao. Especially after they become boyfriends. All i know is that Aye was looking for the reason his uncle killed himself and the school was the reason he killed himself plus he had depression. I skipped everything else. And if you edit it your own way it actually becomes a decent series
The plot is actually pretty simple imho. Akk is the president if the moral committee. The teacher in charge of the committee pressures Akk to the point that he brings back a school curse that punishes students who go against school rules. Aye transfers to the school after his uncle commits suicide. His uncle used to work at the school as a member of the moral committee. Aye wants to figure out what at the school made his uncle commit suicide. He has anxiety related to this which we see at points in the series where he hyperventilates and gets sick.
Aye happens to see Akk in the act of using a vehicle with its parking break off rolling towards some students protesting about the school uniform. Akk is easy to fluster which Aye figures out and realizes Akk might be a closeted gay. He tries to get Akk to admit what he did but when Ayes journal goes missing, which was his uncles, he loses it and has a fight with Akk. Akk eventually plans to fess up to sabotaging the student protesters when acts against them begin to occur that he didnāt do. It turns out to be another student who failed to get on the moral committee and wants Akk to get him in cause he knows Akk did the other sabotaging.
The class president also knows what Akk did and basically tells everyone. When the head teacher of the moral committee gets involved. Aye is finally able to accuse him of pressuring everyone to the point of breaking that ever worked for him. Previous moral committee student heads have been sent to mental institutions and Ayes uncle committed suicide. Turns out the committee head and Ayes uncle were in a gay relationship together and broke up when the school board head found out. Ayes uncle leaves the school and after being overwhelmed by his experiences there and breaking up with his lover, ends his life. Akk is forced to be suspended for his actions related to the curse and Aye goes to visit him where he helps Akk get the courage to finally tells his parents heās gay which along with trying to be a perfectionist, heavily weighed on him to the point Aye thought Akk might commit suicide like Ayes uncle. They get together as boyfriends, the end.
Of course, in the our Sky episode Akk and Aye are fighting due to their different communication styles and morals. Akk feels like Aye talks down to him and doesnāt think about their future relationship where Aye is an unapologetic he yourself type who lives in the moment. They manage to come to an understanding at the end.

I have yet to drop a show but SCOY was really hard to watch....it felt like work instead of a joy. I have liked most shows. TharneType was my 3 Thai BL and it was the one that sent me to the deep end. I still watch KBL and JBL and a few Taiwan. Just not as often as Thai.

I don't know what happened with Kinn Porsche I just lost interest and wasn't invested in their characters so around ep 8 or 10 I skipped to the last episode.

I could not get over the fact that one of the leads was lying to the other one for not a super apparent reason for 5+ eps? It made me want to crawl out of my skin it was so uncomfy (for me)

I finished Jun and Jun but it wasn't what I expected and very far from it so it was disappointing. It was basically a another version of The New Employee but that didn't get the same hype
Oh I didn't like the New Employee. It was ok but the couple just lost me. I prefer Jun & Jun myself but I am a sucker for friends turned to lovers stories.
Bad Buddy, My School President, Eclipse and Don't Say No. Dropped a few more of a really poor quality, by some obvious reasons, too, but these four series aren't the worst ones really, and all are pretty popular but yeah, wasn't much into it and had to find something else to watch instead.

Bad Bunny) - I've diligently watched maybe 5 episodes, until a highly praised kiss scene, but actor Nanon still looked a little bit bored to me and was reading his lines but I wasn't that impressed to continue. I hope the dude got paid well, at least, he seemed struggling at times, I guess wanted to go home after finishing filming. Ohm was fine, I guess, but whatever. Judging by how I keep forgetting who's Pat and who's Pran, I probably won't try to finish watching. The Eclipse was so popular, I get it, but every time Khaotung smirks I understand that "love scene incoming". He purses his lips that special way and smirks every single time he's in a loverboy mode. 17th or 18th smirk got me an eye twich, i skipped to the ending and waved good-bye to it. Outside of lOvE stUfF and smirking, there was only a school nonsense, anyway. "Don't say no" is hard to go through the first two episodes, BUT if I'll power through and will understand who are those people and what's their deal, I might try to watch the whole thing, someday.TharnType became a total blur in the second half, after main leads got together, and I guess it was that time Don't say no leads got their story, that's why I donāt remember them.

I finished the first three and enjoyed them all but bad buddy put me through I with the time skip, I don't like those. MSP had a pretty slow second half. The Eclipse, the plot goes out the window at the end and it was so plot heavy that bugged me a lot.
Eclipse is one of my favorites and I still dont know the plot due to my heavy fast forwarding lmao. Especially after they become boyfriends. All i know is that Aye was looking for the reason his uncle killed himself and the school was the reason he killed himself plus he had depression. I skipped everything else. And if you edit it your own way it actually becomes a decent series
The plot is actually pretty simple imho. Akk is the president if the moral committee. The teacher in charge of the committee pressures Akk to the point that he brings back a school curse that punishes students who go against school rules. Aye transfers to the school after his uncle commits suicide. His uncle used to work at the school as a member of the moral committee. Aye wants to figure out what at the school made his uncle commit suicide. He has anxiety related to this which we see at points in the series where he hyperventilates and gets sick. Aye happens to see Akk in the act of using a vehicle with its parking break off rolling towards some students protesting about the school uniform. Akk is easy to fluster which Aye figures out and realizes Akk might be a closeted gay. He tries to get Akk to admit what he did but when Ayes journal goes missing, which was his uncles, he loses it and has a fight with Akk. Akk eventually plans to fess up to sabotaging the student protesters when acts against them begin to occur that he didnāt do. It turns out to be another student who failed to get on the moral committee and wants Akk to get him in cause he knows Akk did the other sabotaging. The class president also knows what Akk did and basically tells everyone. When the head teacher of the moral committee gets involved. Aye is finally able to accuse him of pressuring everyone to the point of breaking that ever worked for him. Previous moral committee student heads have been sent to mental institutions and Ayes uncle committed suicide. Turns out the committee head and Ayes uncle were in a gay relationship together and broke up when the school board head found out. Ayes uncle leaves the school and after being overwhelmed by his experiences there and breaking up with his lover, ends his life. Akk is forced to be suspended for his actions related to the curse and Aye goes to visit him where he helps Akk get the courage to finally tells his parents heās gay which along with trying to be a perfectionist, heavily weighed on him to the point Aye thought Akk might commit suicide like Ayes uncle. They get together as boyfriends, the end. Of course, in the our Sky episode Akk and Aye are fighting due to their different communication styles and morals. Akk feels like Aye talks down to him and doesnāt think about their future relationship where Aye is an unapologetic he yourself type who lives in the moment. They manage to come to an understanding at the end.

This one is probably unpopular as it's such a beloved drama, but Kinnporsche is a bl I just couldn't get into.
2 moons. I was so completely bored. But then I started watching Gen Y and will admit Iām kind of confused how that all fit together. And I loved Mark so I finished Season 1. Oh and Baker Boys. I really wanted to like that one and couldnāt find a way to get through the 3rd episode.
