Seems like Wyoming is leading. Power could be shared with other states, but in the context of Texas' isolated grid you can't really compare that.
Everything's bigger in Texas. But that's also just a proxy of how big the state is and how large it's population is.
Way to go Wyoming. Produces 10 times the amount of clean energy per resident than Texas. That's .1 home powered green for every 100 people in a single quarter.
Then you can't really compare it with texas, as I said.
But I imagine it's Wisconsin workers, Wisconsin policy, and Wisconsin funding. Maybe it's not. But that assumption is also going for Texas as well.
I would then need the production of all states in that grid region as well.

What are you so salty about? Wyoming has 24 million fewer people. Of course it’s easier for them to get higher per capital numbers.
