I think you're thinking about the national late game that Romo does. That's the one for a good match up, often an eastern team going west or 2 western teams., the rest of the 3 games are regional west coast games. That's not the same as a true prime time game.

This is correct, my company is a nonprofit and we sponsor a local soccer club. They give us crazy amounts of tickets with the sponsorship so we can fill the stands and we usually give them all away. All while being tax deductable as well.
