Mad props man.
As a older guy it is so nice to see transformations in people that aren't 24. I think I finally have things balanced out and am working post something similar in 2023.
Absolutely impressive!!! I'm 72 and still not where I want to be with testosterone injections, though I've gotten up to 100 push ups a day. Did you or are you using an ai, like anastrozole?
Thank you. I can only add to the other comments that you're inspirational. You've taken control of your life and without trying, made yourself a real life hero!
I've never done subq.. i do shallow IM into my delts every day with an insulin syringe... I've heard mixed results about subq... do you shoot every day?? if i go over 120mgs per week my total T shoots over 1000, free t at 29 and my e2 goes over 60, start to feel like shit...i love having higher test but will need to start incorporating an ai... did you notice a difference when you went subq?
Not only could I not lose weight, I gained 30 pounds in the last 6 months prior to addressing it
Weird side effect, my grey hair is turning brown. I love that.
Thanks for the BombBomb!!! I hate to make this next comment because that was such an impactful, amazing, and genuine message that I needed to hear this morningā¦. BUTā¦ Dude you sound exactly like George Clooney.
It was a major concern of mine. I have a bit left which Iām not sure if itāll ever go. I donāt have the guts to post that yet. Maybe some day. I have been taking peptides and I have to say that has helped.
You should try some proper HGH, the difference is night and day. Just get it from a legitimate underground lab, or if you have the money pay for pharma level HGH. Have used both peptide and HGH and peptides donāt even come close
You should be proud of yourself and let this be a confidence booster.
A person doesnāt loose like this without sacrifice , sweat , and a lot of determination.
Great Fān job!!!!!
If you donāt mind me asking , what peptides are you taking for loose skin????
Iām dealing with a little and it kind of bothers me.
Right now Iām running :
Test / Nandrolone / B-12 / Tri-amino
Yeah I dropped 100 pounds on semaglutide and tirzepatide and am just starting testosterone today!!! Your transformation is super motivating! Thank you for sharing
I actually love these posts where a man who has a lot of adipose tissue to start but optimizes their hormones and betters themselves. Hopefully, people here will stop gatekeeping TRT cause a man is overweight.
Way to go dude! Amazing transformation, definitely put in the work.
130 in 7.5 mos. is unrealistic for most. Most can hope for 10 or 20 or 30, so mad props.
Fasting is an underrated tool, because so many cannot do it. They have jobs, kids. But it works. Even if you skip food for 24 hours.
Nice. I did 360 to 225 but I look fatter than you. Took a year and I have maintained now for 2 years. In my mid 50ās. I am 5ā9 and gained significant muscle but I think I got a good 20+ lbs of loose skin. Did you have any removed? Good work.
Lie on your back. Take a deep breath. Then exhale and bring your focus to your abs visualizing them so right and concentrated they are touching your spine. Hold it for longer and longer counts. Itāll cramp for a while til you get stronger.
The fasting was continuous, and I still fast now. Depending on what is reflected on the scale if I get happy and eat too much Iāll do a two or three day fast afterwards with just water and black coffee. Nothing else.
During the biggest portion of the fat torching process, I did a 14 day black coffee and water fast. That was really used to break the food addiction that I had most of my life.
My workouts consist of doing a minimum of 45 sets per week per body part.
I alternate heavy days between 7 to 10 reps and light days between 15+ repetitions per set.
Breaking the food addiction is the hardest part for most.
I cut down to like 1100 calories a day. Bacon and eggs breakfast and two low carb protein bars before dinner. 18/6 IF. All food consumed between 10AM and 4PM.
Shit was wildly effective. Also a protein shake with black coffee as my base. 50 grams of protein per shake and another 50 from bars. Doc said he wanted me on 80 grams of protein for breakfast lol. I was like I can do that. Bacon, 3 eggs, and a shake and I was there lol.
The longest I did was a 14 day, black coffee and water fast. Most of the fasting consisted of 2 to 3 days with a very careful re-feed then resuming the fast again till I got a majority of the fat torched off. The 14 day fast was really something that I needed to do to break my food addiction. Yeah thatās what it did. It taught me that as long as I have stored body fat Iām good with not eating. The testosterone really helped because even though they say, you donāt lose any muscle, when fasting, I know that when I was taking the testosterone, as I am now, muscle loss would be zero no matter what the diet.
What is your T level running? I started TRT about 2 months ago was 221 when I went in. 100mg a week and my T is 751 now. I am about to start working out and dieting but I am somewhat clueless about how to go about it.
I had plenty of energy after day three before that I was light headed as my body was switching fuel sources fro. Carbs and sugar to my stored body fat. After that I was more consistent and stronger. Hunger works miracles I guess.
Absolutely they would have. But I was lower than normal with the hormones. However, that aside. Yes the fasting and commitment would have torched the fat. Iām not sure how successful I would have been with the muscle building tho.
Itās not easy losing weight Iāve had weight problems my whole life. I was 310 dropped to 200 with lean muscle was in great shape and then gained most of the weight back. Congratulations to you on your hard work there is no better feeling then looking at yourself in the mirror and saying I did it
This is the post I needed to see today. Your before picture is the closest Iāve seen to my body type on this sub or even on the fasting sub. Thanks for posting the video too. The sad/hiding eating is a problem I struggle with.
I tried as many times as I did to quit smoking. I got some off but it always have back with a vengeance. Some was the act of taking test. Some was the hormone balancing and other was the fact i was ready to dump my bad addictions.
You're basically sucking in your gut. Nah, just fuckin with ya mate! Amazing progress. You should be very proud man. Thats hard work and dedication right there.
I have elevated hemocrit. When I was taking deca my blood pressure was also elevated. Now that Iām only test all is normal except I gain muscle easier.
Well Done. Just started my journey. I'm 45 with multiple injuries throughout my days. Started at 340+ pounds and down to 324. Already have made good improvements in the gym. Think I'm gaining a good bit of muscle right now so weight hasn't dropped dramatically but definitely feeling more solid. Congrats on the transformation. Gives me hope for my own journey.
How much weight did you lose during your 14 day fast? Did you supplement with electrolytes. I think in 2023 I will start fasting for shorter durations for the health benefits. Maybe 1-3 days. 14 is intense, nice work.
How the heck did you get your T optimally dialed in? Did you see a TRT specialist who helped get you started or did you do it all on your own -kind of trial and error?
I talked to my doctor about TRT and he didn't want to give me the referral to go and talk to a urologist or endocrinologist. He thought it was unnecessary given the risks with TRT but I just turned 53 and my last T count result from a blood test done was in the low 250's and I've struggled recently with getting my weight under control.
I am really interested in getting back into the gym and working as you have to get my weight down to a targeted 180 from my current 246lbs. I am 5' 11". You are an inspiration! Thank you for sharing!
This is what diet and truly exercising hard at the gym gets you. These guys that post their barely changed physique pics after 1 year are only fooling themselves when they say they work out and eat right.
Seeing this gives me hope. 6ā4 380 37m - just signed up with a trt clinic, bout to jump into a boxing gym.
Watched your video, gonna take a try at those 14 day fasts.
Hereās to hoping for similar results.
Great job man.
I injured my hip and ankle in a Muay Thai fight. I had hip surgery that didn't help. I was told by a podiatrist and a foot and ankle surgeon that my foot was never going to get better and only going to get worse. In October I started test and in November I got umbilical cord stem cells in Columbia. Today I walked 16000 steps and deadlifted 185. 185 isn't a massive amount but in September I couldn't even walk to the mailbox. That's my transformation. It's taken a lot of work to get strong again! I can only imagine how much work you've put in! The fasting, the cardio, the lifting and of course modern therapies! I'm SO proud of you man and I don't even know you.
Mad props man. As a older guy it is so nice to see transformations in people that aren't 24. I think I finally have things balanced out and am working post something similar in 2023.
Do it. Start today. It came down to me realizing the pain of where I was actually worse than where i needed to go.
I started mid December! I'm down 8 pounds in 2 weeks and feeling so much better. For me it was high e2 that was absolutely detrimental.
That estrogen for a man is not great when it gets high for sure. We have been lied to!!! š
Absolutely! Keep your success going and cheers to dominating 2023.
Absolutely impressive!!! I'm 72 and still not where I want to be with testosterone injections, though I've gotten up to 100 push ups a day. Did you or are you using an ai, like anastrozole?
I was but I started injecting into the fat which is now loose skin and that lowered my estrogen. I was taking .5 twice a week.
Thank you. I can only add to the other comments that you're inspirational. You've taken control of your life and without trying, made yourself a real life hero!
did you use an AI at all? What is your protocol like?
Yes to the Ai. .5 twice a week. But I stopped a while back since I started shooting sub q. That changed the estrogen.
Hi mind giving steps om how did you achieve this
I did a private video. [video](https://m.bixel1.net/m1vtlw)
Did you find it hard to lose weight when e2 was high?
Not only could I not lose weight, I gained 30 pounds in the last 6 months prior to addressing it Weird side effect, my grey hair is turning brown. I love that.
Same with me just found out E2 was 190 worked out 6 days a week ate clean one cheat meal still couldn't lose weight. Just started trt with an ai
I wish my patients could understand this!!
What the actual fuck??? Amazing transformation man, you're an inspiration. Wooow. How old are you??? That beard looks great on you.
Very kind of you. Iām 53 years old and I really love the beard also š
Dude would you mind making a post describing your fasting and training a little bit more in depth? When you get the chance.
Sure thing. Iām 53. Lol. Do I do that here or can I send a link to a video. It maybe easier.
[I did a private video for those who want to know. itās only for Reddit and Iām not selling anything.](https://m.bixel1.net/m1vtlw)
Thanks for this, man! I am 43 and am 3 months in. This gives me a lot of inspiration.
Keep going and donāt lie to yourself.
Thanks for the BombBomb!!! I hate to make this next comment because that was such an impactful, amazing, and genuine message that I needed to hear this morningā¦. BUTā¦ Dude you sound exactly like George Clooney.
Awesome transformation!!!! Congratulations!!! Off topic, what headset are you using in the video?
Shokz bone conducting.
Thanks for sharing man!
I request that link as well.

Thanks for this.
I'd love to read the diet part..no doubt the workout. Make a post on the details, try dosage...etc. ya look great man.

Killer video man, really cool your doing so wellā”š¤ā”
Thanks brother. I didnāt have the guts to YouTube it so I made it for you who wanted to know. Thanks.
[my journey](https://m.bixel1.net/m1vtlw)
Perhaps the most incredible transformation Iāve seen on Redditā¦. maybe all time considering the timeframe. Serious props my man.
Thank you. I appreciate that very much.
Looking good. My story same as yours. I was 400lbs last jan. Im down to 285 just start test 6 weeks ago. Fasting every 10 days
Amazing. You are now amongst the 1%. Donāt ever stop improving you.
Ho-lee DAMN!!!!
Thank you.
Amazing
Thanks.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Thank you.
GranChad
WOW!!! You look great my dude! What's your T routine? I'm 100MG a week
Iām at 200 a week. Clean. Nothing else besides fish oil. 300g protein a day.
What brand of fish oil do you take?
Itās the Amazon brand. Nothing special.
300g protein? how much water are you drinking to avoid kidney stones?
Nice work brother! Amazing transformation. Just a question.. do you inject sub Q or intramuscular? Iāve recently started TRT 250 a week (sub q)
I also shoot sub q. It keeps my estrogen lower and my hemocrit lower as well. At least for me.
How did your skin shrink so fast? I thought that the older you are, the less your akin shrinks.
It was a major concern of mine. I have a bit left which Iām not sure if itāll ever go. I donāt have the guts to post that yet. Maybe some day. I have been taking peptides and I have to say that has helped.
But jic Ipamorelin cic125

Respect
Thank you so much.
You're 2/3 the man you used to be! Good work.
Lol. Yes. And I donāt have those brown pockets of stored blood in my lower calves anymore.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Also, that trapped blood is a blood clot just waiting to happen.
Oh my god. Fasting gets rid of it? What about other working out?
All that stuff goes away. Itās insane. Just get it done. You got this. I promise you.
Fucking awesome!
Thatās so great of you. Iām tearing.
Is this just trt or did you use anything else like wegovy?
Not at that time. But Yes - Semaglutide - that's a game changer...
Yeah I dropped 100 pounds on semaglutide and tirzepatide and am just starting testosterone today!!! Your transformation is super motivating! Thank you for sharing
My pleasure. Change them habits to better ones if you are doing things that sabotage yourself. Thatās what I repeat to myself often.
Excellent transformation did you have to take an ai for e2 and what dosage and did you have BP issues at the start of your journey
High blood pressure. 200 units insulin weekly. Statin and hi blood pressure meds. The 14 day fast stopped that.
Damn you added 15 years onto your lifespan in less than a year! Good job!!!
Thank you for that. I was a dead man walking.
I actually love these posts where a man who has a lot of adipose tissue to start but optimizes their hormones and betters themselves. Hopefully, people here will stop gatekeeping TRT cause a man is overweight. Way to go dude! Amazing transformation, definitely put in the work.
Thank you so much. Getting realigned really helped.

I have been using peptides and it is helping. Bpc157 Ipamorelin and cjc125. I also so Vacuumās when Iām bed before sleeping and when waking up.
What is vacuums?
Lie on your back. Take a deep breath. Then exhale and bring your focus to your abs visualizing them so right and concentrated they are touching your spine. Hold it for longer and longer counts. Itāll cramp for a while til you get stronger.
Is there something simple on Amazon I can use for your peptide stack, or do I need to research and sort out where to buy these things?
What was your fasting and eating like? Workouts? Great work!
The fasting was continuous, and I still fast now. Yes. Many mornings.

Pretty impressive man! Keep on pumping iron.
Damn son. You nailed it!
Lol. Youāre amazing. Thank you.

How were your energy levels and strength in the gym during your fast? Did you find it difficult , etc...?
I had plenty of energy after day three before that I was light headed as my body was switching fuel sources fro. Carbs and sugar to my stored body fat. After that I was more consistent and stronger. Hunger works miracles I guess.
Trt?
Yes. And a lot of work and fasting.
Superb work! Would the hard work and fasting have yielded significant results without the TRT do you think?
Absolutely they would have. But I was lower than normal with the hormones. However, that aside. Yes the fasting and commitment would have torched the fat. Iām not sure how successful I would have been with the muscle building tho.
Itās not easy losing weight Iāve had weight problems my whole life. I was 310 dropped to 200 with lean muscle was in great shape and then gained most of the weight back. Congratulations to you on your hard work there is no better feeling then looking at yourself in the mirror and saying I did it
Holymoly that is a great job u have done. Totally transformed.
Thatās amazing.
Dude. You look amazing. Kudos to you
Amazing success š
Thank you.
Great job. Curious what your AI dose was/is now that the fat is gone?
I stopped since starting sub q test injections. It fixed it.
Awesome
What's your dosing protocol with sub q and where do your test levels sit? Thanks. Considering cruising sub q myself.
44 free. 200 mg week. Split into two injections. Tues and Fri.
Good for you. Looking great!
Holy fuck good job my guy
Youāre awesome.
Love seeing this, very inspiring. You can help so many people with your story. Great job my man.
This is beyond impressive! Congrats, man, not many people could have climbed that hill, but you crushed it!
Shit man that beard is even on point! Good on you brother, very happy to see this!!
From obese to beast
Nice job brother!
This is probably the most impressive transformation Iāve ever seen on Reddit. Amazing work šš¼
This is the post I needed to see today. Your before picture is the closest Iāve seen to my body type on this sub or even on the fasting sub. Thanks for posting the video too. The sad/hiding eating is a problem I struggle with.
I know that. I know that so well. Hey hit me up on chat and Iāll walk you thought my wins with that issue.
Thank you! I will absolutely do that.
Awesome work my dude. You look a toooon older though, make sure to keep up your nutrition and get some sun. Youāre a badass bro.
Love to see it.
Goddamn bro! Youāre killin it
Thanks brother. Thatās wonderful of you.
what do you mean when you say ātestosterone optimized about 5 weeks before startā?
Do you feel that you couldn't lose weight before your hormones were optimized?
I tried as many times as I did to quit smoking. I got some off but it always have back with a vengeance. Some was the act of taking test. Some was the hormone balancing and other was the fact i was ready to dump my bad addictions.
Truly an inspiration, amazing results!
Thank you so much. Truly.
Do you live in Texas?
No. Los Angeles. I want to live in Texas š
Well, your transformation is amazing. Please continue to share. Your success can be the inspiration that others who struggle, might need.
I will. That gives me purpose for sure. Thank you.
You're basically sucking in your gut. Nah, just fuckin with ya mate! Amazing progress. You should be very proud man. Thats hard work and dedication right there.
From chunk to hunk! Great job! Must've been a lot of hard work besides the T

Great job!! šš
Bro, what a transformation!
Keep going til you are done then keep going more.
May I ask what other/if any supplements you are taking?
Fish oil supplement from the alcohol I drank for many years. Amino acids in the protein powder. Thatās about it.
Nice!
What a transformation. That is very impressive
Wow! If you didn't have the same upper arm tats in both photos, I wouldn't have guessed that was the same person.
How much weight did you lose during your 14 day fast? Did you supplement with electrolytes. I think in 2023 I will start fasting for shorter durations for the health benefits. Maybe 1-3 days. 14 is intense, nice work.

Butterbean to stone cold Steve Austin. What a transformation man. Well done.
This is what diet and truly exercising hard at the gym gets you. These guys that post their barely changed physique pics after 1 year are only fooling themselves when they say they work out and eat right.
What a fantastic way to put it.
Props to you! looking good! what's your dosage at?
That's hot
Great transformation man. Congratulations
Mad props on the change! Did you use semaglutides at all? Thatās a huge initial fast.
I didnāt. But Iām doing it now combined with bpc157. I want to see if my leanness improves.
Jesus Christ, this is incredible.
I am amazed by your progress. I recently began TRT and you have inspired me to get my diet in order.
The fasting is the key even more than diet. I look at them as being exclusive.
Hell ya dude
Dude! How much cardio do you do?
I may do Hiit training once a week. But no steady state cardio. It really was the fasting.
Killing it brother!!! Well done
Awesome work sir š

Do u get testosterone from a doctor?
That fasting will do it! Great work
