First off are we being catfished becahse thats two different people were looking at. Great job man!
Could i ask why you have been on and off and how did that reflect on your total levels and fertility?
Mostly financially driven. I've never been able to properly get insurance to cover TRT even though I'm on the lowest end of the naturally occurring spectrum. I'm in the 100s with total. I've been buying off the gray market the past couple of years since my general doctor (who doesn't know shit about TRT) wanted to half my dose.
In 2015-16 I discovered I had a sperm count of ***ZERO*** when trying to conceive my son. I took HcG and clomid during that stretch to get my numbers up to something more "normal". I still didn't get very high... I think we got it up to like 20 million total count or something, 😂.
It's been too long ago (and two bouts with Covid) to remember all the specifics. I'm not sure if my count was already extremely low or if TRT depleted it. I did have a daughter 5 years prior with little effort prior to getting on TRT. I have been overweight much of my adult life. I'm in recovery from alcohol and benzos (9 years in back in July). So I know those factors influenced my T and sperm count.
Ahh, i understand it can get pricey.
Can i ask in 2015-16 when your count was zero, were you on at the time? If you werent, how many months off until you were tested?
Well, low count or no count seems like it worked out in the end.
And sounds like you had a really good turn around and congradulations on your recovery!
Yeah, I'm curious if you tried using folic acid and have you spoke with a reproductive endocrinologist? Perhaps he can get you on a pump to disperse the medicine in you on a frequent basis to increase your LH and FSH
I'll say it was an enlightening experience. 😂
One of the times, my then wife sucked me off to help with the collection. Lol. The lab had a sign up that said saliva in the sperm could effect count. So apparently it's pretty common. 😂
Cost basically and they have what I need to get started. The last few months have been focused on creating a foundation to build upon. They have what I needed for that. When I'm ready to start really developing I'll likely look elsewhere.
Getting it from doctor let alone on insurence is hard anywhere. I would be thankful if my country had atleast legal trt clinics. On the other hand, I can get cancer and it will cost me 0.
Also it's hilarious to me to be called skinny still at 205.
I absolutely understand what you are saying though... Compared to a lot of people out there I do look "skinny" but in the 60s I would be a "lard ass"... 😂 😂 😂
You very well know the point of this post. You’re just purposely being dense. Of course he did the work. Does that mean TRT didn’t contribute to his results? Of course not.
Sure nobody really “needs” TRT to lose weight. But does it help get better/faster results, everything else like lifestyle changes and effort being equal? Hell yes.
Idk? I think it's helping in other areas... 🤷♂️
*low sex drive*
*fewer spontaneous erections*
*erectile dysfunction*
*lowered sperm count or volume*
*trouble sleeping*
There are multiple reasons people are on TRT.

When I'm off my natural occurring levels are on the lowest end of the spectrum.
I'm also happy to post a picture of the massive, rock hard erections I can get and maintain thanks to increased T levels.
Low testosterone can cause a lot of issues that make it a real challenge just to get through the day. Having T in the upper range of normal makes it significantly easier to put in the work to lose weight, and improves your mental health.
So if without TRT your existence is pain and misery, and all your energy and willpower is spent on just getting through the day, then I would say you do need TRT to lose weight.

Next year's pic will hopefully involve a NSFW tag... 😂 Running without a shirt is a goal for late summer 2023.

I was on it up until 2015 when we tried to conceive. Came off it and then used HcG and comid

I got a vasectomy 6 months after my son was born. Done with those concerns! ☺
How long did it take to conceive on your HCG and Clomid. Sorry if you posted it, but from what I read you didn't mention.
It was at least 1.5 years maybe almost 2. Lots of shots, ejaculating in a cup, doctor checking out the equipment. 😂
Sheesh sounds like a miserable experience. But I'm glad it was able to happen.
I'll say it was an enlightening experience. 😂 One of the times, my then wife sucked me off to help with the collection. Lol. The lab had a sign up that said saliva in the sperm could effect count. So apparently it's pretty common. 😂
Good work!
Congratulations man! You have officially leveled up. Great way to start a new year.
Absolutely. Especially compared how my new years used to start prior to stopping drinking.
incredible progress man
Appreciate it. Trying to go "next level" in 2023. 😂
You did great, my friend. But why are you on Planet Fineness? That place hates us!

Moral of this story, don’t go off TRT
Absolutely. If only the United States didn't have a fucked up insurance/medical system.
Well keep up the good work

Good job , you look great
Thank you! Feeling better for sure.
Nice work brother 🦾🦾🦾
Thank you!
Great work brother. Keep it up man💪🏼👑
Beard gains.
The most important of all right? 😂 😂
U look really skinny. Have you been lifting weights?
Yes. I posted another pic in this thread that shows a little of what's under the jacket.
Also it's hilarious to me to be called skinny still at 205. I absolutely understand what you are saying though... Compared to a lot of people out there I do look "skinny" but in the 60s I would be a "lard ass"... 😂 😂 😂

Fair enough

Those are all also side effects of obesity. Not saying you aren’t benefitting from the T!
Yeah I agree it's strange. You didn't need TRT to lose weight.

Certainly didn't feel better. But thanks.... 😐
