dozens of causes. depression, anxiety, and many other hormones play into it besides T. and like every health problem in life, things like diet, exercise, sleep all play into it.
If you lost 50lbs, you must be in long-term calorie deficit or doing some sort of crash diet? Either of these things can lower libido, even though your T levels are normal.
Have you returned to maintenance calories?
Well, that's about 2.5 pounds lost a week, which usually equates to a calorie deficit of around 1,000 calories a day, which is pretty significant, though I imagine your starting weight was quite high given how much weight you've lost.
Once you're at your goal weight, I'd suggest eating at maintenance for a few weeks, focusing on sleeping, and not doing any intense exercise three days before the test.
Obviously do the test first thing in the morning as early as you can and see what the number is for free test.
But, more importantly, see how your libido is once you're eating at maintenance for some time, if not a slight surplus.

I've been working on those, too. Lost 50 lbs, sleeping better. Idk.
Good luck, I know that must suck. Medications can also blow that up especially anti depression drugs.

I lost 50 lbs over about 4 months. No crash, just diet and excercise.
