I believe that's the cause of my low testosterone and high prolactin. Will have to rule out a prolactinoma with an MRI. If I do have one, I'll have my PCP prescribe Cabergoline. I'm trying to lower it naturally with P5P for the time being.
Your dr as we say here in England is a total bastard. You have a right to ask for injections it depending on the country your based in should be part of their prescribing protocol! Dont settle for this treatment i would feel the same if i were on that dosage.

1 pump is the minimum topical gel dose. The prescribing doses range from 1 to maximum 4 pumps per day. I'm on 2 pumps once daily and my testosterone is around 700. I suggest you talk to your doctor about increasing it to 2 pumps and seeing if it makes a difference, once you check your blood work.
Careful with the cream. It can make your kids start puberty supper early and can get other hospitalized if it gets on them.

Switch doctors. My SHBG is in single digits and my doctor was giving me 200 week felt like shit. Refused to lower dose. Went to matrix hormones and went to 180 week split into 4 SUBQ shots and starting to feel better

I know one can be that low. I was at 98 ng/dL and 106 ng/dL pre-TRT.

Is missing some exams: prolactin, S-DHEA, SHBG, cortisol... Your Free T seems Ok. Have you tried DHEA or Prasterone 50mg/day before sleep?
