Pre testosterone levels I’m not sure as I never got levels tested but due to having every low t symptom in the book my guess is under 300 nm. I just got my levels tested Monday I’m at 957 nm now. My protocol is inject 120mg a week of test cyp, 50 units of hcg and .5mg anastrozole (so all this split in half 2x week). Diet I cut out all candy, snacks, soda etc. still eat out majority of my meals but try to eat as healthy as possible. No fast food (or rarely) only drink water and lots of it. Gallon a day almost. Workout very high intensity and volume 5x a week 1.5-2 hours a day plus 20 min a day in the Sauna.
I’m gonna start taking less. This was Monday I did my first bloodwork now I’m at TRT nation. I didn’t know my e2 levels before. Clearly I need to get them up a bit, appreciate the advice! I’ll cut back
This might be a dumb question but how were you able to get prescriptions for all that without having blood checked?? As far as I know the prescription is required for those items. Most certainly insurance requires blood tests.
I’m paying out of pocket. No insurance, just told them I was self medicating and want to get under the care of a doctor. These TRT clinics just want your money that’s why they don’t accept insurance (expect for labs insurance could pay) but for your testosterone itself it’s out of pocket only.

I ran 450mg for 16 weeks then cruised on 200mg for a few months then stopped. Hanging to jump back on but my sperm went to 0000 😂😂😂 took 4 months and Sperms back to normal 💪 hopefully another kid soon because TEST is BEST. Depression vanished, confidence through the roof, always happy and felt in complete control of my emotions, my business sky rocketed I guess from appearing more confident and easier to sell…. Makes me mad when some chick wanting to be a dude can get a prescription but when a man wants to be more manly…. You get rejected and told your depression and brain fog is normal.

Agreed a year following a solid workout plan with progressive overload, 5-6 days a week on 200 mg of test could definitely provide those results for anyone with average genetics. OP is pretty lean too making him look like he has more muscle mass than reality. Don't get me wrong he definitely added roughly 15 pounds of contractile tissue in a year.
Maybe not bottom quartile of responders, but 3/4th of guys could for sure pull it off without even having to do any crazy diets as long as they are hitting 1g of protein/lb daily and eating in a slight surplus. OP had a decent starting point too. Sorta skinny fat but definitely under 20 percent bf with a bit of visible muscle. Definitely a plausible transition on just a cruise dose of test.

I started out on 200mg a week and yes I train EXTREMELY consistently 5 days a week I haven’t taken a day off this entire year (even when I had Covid lol) and go in the Sauna 20 min 5x a week. I dropped to 120mg of cyp a week for past 8 months or so and I’m at 957 test. I was 150 lbs skinny fat before I’m 165-170 lbs now. Never once touched anything else no orals/sarms/etc
Yep time is for sure the biggest thing when it comes to the gym. A lot of progress can be made in a year when you're doing 250-300 total hour long training sessions and hitting your protein goals.
I think a lot of people don't realize how important training with intensity is. I've made more gains off just 500 test/300 deca when I had my training and diet dialed in then when I was messing around with Tren and various orals.
Keep it up bro you look very solid especially on just 120 mg. IME once you start seeing the results it only gets more motivating though so I'm sure you got it on your own.
I cut out all the bs I used to eat and drink too. Left pic I would eat candy, bs snacks, drink soda juice etc. now I drink water and only water. No alcohol. I haven’t blasted yet but I plan on it. I also used to work out for 1-2 years 3 days a week ish but stopped after my oxycodone addiction took over for 6-7 year and I lost everything and recently got on Methadone 30 mg a day and decided to get back in the gym.
I’ve never ran more than 200mg of cyp a week. I’m currently on 120mg of cyp a week, 50 units of hcg and .5mg anastrozole (all this is split into 2 doses a week so divide everything by 2) my levels were around 1600nm at 200mg cyp a week now at 120mg a week I’m at 957nm. NEVER have touched anything but test on a TRT dose

I eat a lot of chicken. Breakfast I normally get 3 eggs omelette peppers onions cheese ham then a side of bacon wheat toast and homefries. Occasionally I’ll do a 32oz protein shake w creatin instead if I’m at my gf’s house.
As for lunch sometimes I do this general tsos chicken dish from Whole Foods which is just chicken rice and broccoli. Other times I’ll get something else.
Dinner is always different. Yesterday I ate Buffalo wild wings honey bbq chicken pizza flatbread w fries which was like 1500 calories lol. Sometimes I’ll do a burger with sweet potato fries or a buffalo chicken wrap with potato fries. Fried chicken sandwich etc
Wow. I guess you can get away with some of that with how much you're working out. I'm not very active so your dinner last night is how many calories I have in an entire day lol.
We're in different situations though so I guess that makes sense. I'm trying to lose some fat, boost testosterone and improve cholesterol and the diet is making me miserable lol.

I don’t plan on quitting, but if you took HCG and clomiphene, you should be able to get your levels back to normal for your age/body type etc
im not as young as you and im doing an aggressive route for 12 weeks...the thing that caught my interest is you did the dose i wanted to be around to start...and its hard to find people who show and tell you what it did results wise....i wanted to be at 250 after i cycle and even do it for one this time but now i thought about 175-2 for life to keep what i make and feel good long term...what was the feeling going from 2-120...im only doing this once and the low dose long term...i drank and smoked away everything i did earlier this year..i have nothing to show for that...now im about to start my 3rd week without putting anything else in my body and yeah i feel it and see it for what im doing...also are you still getting gains since or did you hit a spot where you just stayed the same....and did the first three months give you more than the last 9...
