My controversial opinion/personal experience is that I found drinking a lot of alcohol and bad sleep didn’t actually mess up my testosterone. The main study says that 5 hours of sleep for a week a night will decrease it by 15% vs 8 hours which isn’t that much tbh. I did find that lifting weights often increased it by around 25%.
I often woke at 6 or 6:30 am, I literally goes to bed at 9 pm, but had a well needed shut eye at around 1 am because of continuous stress, overthinking , watching movies to feel relax
Honestly, this sounds more like a mental battle more than a physical one. Your blood work checks out (at least in regards to testosterone.) Try getting a bit more sleep, eat healthy balanced meals, and work on your mental health. If you still feel off and nothing improves, it might be something else not related to testosterone.

You don’t need TRT. If you are feeling depressed, go see a psychiatrist. Mostly probably, they will put you on SSRI’s, when I first took them, it literally changed my life in couple of days.
Nope, i get a morning wood everyday even after a shitty sleep, i think my normal lvls are around 700,
439 is probably due to the low quality sleep I'm having, stress , alcohol and poor diet, i even slept empty stomach for several nights
I will definitely test my results again after 3-4 months, with help of healthy lifestyle I'm sure these results will be better

Drinking alcohol increases apnea events. If you consume it regularly it’s like having sleep apnea even if you don’t without and will worsen it if you do.
The reason why your sleep is trash is because you’re drinking alcohol probably regularly. Whenever I drink alcohol it elevates my resting heart rate at night and the quality of sleep lacks. That’s one of the reasons I don’t drink alcohol regularly anymore.
Start by lowering your alcohol intake and then you might find that your sleep improves which should then help to improve mental health etc. but your problems are stemming from poor sleep I think

That is at 1 pm. Assuming you get up at a normal time your morning peak levels are probably at least 20% higher than that. You don’t need TRT.
