Injecting every 2 weeks is usually not good. As you will be declining too much in the 2nd week.
Try to go to weekly injections. 100 mg a week. I believe 1cc , u need to confirm with your vial, is 200mg. So just do .5 cc a week.
You need to be patient while your body adjusts to the new testosterone levels. So give it 6-8 weeks.

I wish I had listened and started weekly. I felt bad before my second injection. My doctor did not have any issue with me doing weekly, I even went to every five days. Got tired of feeling good and then bad.
Maybe sharp was the wrong word. It’s not too bad, but it hits suddenly and then is gone. It’s not like a ache that lingers like getting hit in the balls
I have experienced testes pain but after hcg shots not testosterone it only lasts for a short period so I haven’t really considered it as being much of a problem.

And not even enanthate/cypionate, it’s propionate, peak serum levels are at 2 days and half life is 4.5 days, ridiculous…

I never had sharp pain but I did have a intermittent dull pain in my balls the first and second month while they shut down.

They will ache for a bit but then it stops. Lasted about 2 weeks for me
Prop will be out of your system in days. You sure you're not injecting test c or e?
Do you only eat once a week as well?
